“My first time coming to this Mr. Hero and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, friendly. They asked how my day was going and told me I would be back next time and they remembered me. My second time visiting this location was for lunch with my daughter. I can’t remember the nice Indian lady but she was so nice to my daughter. She asked her how was school going, asked her favorite subject etc. Just like the first visit they said we would be back soon. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.“

“Anytime you eat at.a fast food restaurant, you already know about the food really. You go there because you like it. So what you really rate is the location, specifically. Is the food prepared right, fast, it's hot and fresh when you get it, and are the people nice. Well at this location, you get all of that, plus the nicest restaurant owner around. Rima Patel makes it a point to be friendly and happy and make your day better by preparing fresh, hot, YUMMY food for you that you don't have to cook yourself. “We usually go to the one in Engle toad but was out in Strongsville. Went in staff made you feel so welcome from the start .I think the manager name was Will greeted myself and other customers right away while it seemed like he was training a new younger female .Food was absolutely made to the T the way I wanted it but what made the experience was that this manager was running a tight ship verry friendly and well organized team . I EVEN HEARD THIS MAN GREET A REGULAR CUSTOMER BY HER NAME SAY ITS GREAT SEEING TOU AGAIN AND ASKWD HOW HER AND HER FAMILY WAA THIS IS GHE CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT .As a supervisor in a business myself we are only as strong as our leader I give props to this man and also his team .I will only be going here from now on .Thank you for the great meal,service, and experience“
“Came in after work, couldn't pick between the ultimate or the chicken bacon and ranch. Asked the guy what he recommended and omg the ultimate sandwich freaking smack !!!! So much better than Mr.H Roman burger! I highly recommend The Ultimate with fresh frys! Will not disappoint at all !!!!!I sat down and enjoyed the heck outta of my meal“
“Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“

“This a great sandwich shop. I usually order to go but there is a nice seating area. Their cheese steaks are very good. Then I discovered the South Philly ordered hot and it was fantastic. My wife got the spicy Italian cold cut and that was really good too. The tots are stuffed not like your normal tots. I like the well seasoned cajun fries as well. They also have vegetarian cauliflower sandwichs I haven't tried those yet. Every time I've been there the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. One time I showed up literally a couple minutes before closing and they had the grills all cleaned up but they gladly still made me a sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't take any heed to the few bad reviews, you can't go wrong with this place. I highly recommend it.“
“Had the food delivered. The boneless wind were very good buffalo sauce was tasty. Blue cheese dip was by far the best I've had from anywhere. BBQ were good also.we had a chicken Philly minus tomato lettuce My mayo. Tasty. Philly cheese steak no tomato lettuce mayo onions and green peppers.added extra mushroom and banana peppers also very tasty. First time we tried. Definitely would order again.“
“This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“
