Pretty much held hostage by the store trying to get the core charge for a car battery return $12 and five different people couldn't give me $12. .40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. How dare you treat your customers this way. How dare you think you're going to retain your customers this way? I've never felt so purposely ignored , it's like they were gonna let me let them steal $12 from me.
This was an unexpected stop - we were in the area and as we were driving by, I spotted this Walmart Supercenter. A family member had told me about some fishing gear they had picked up at a Walmart, so I decided to pop in and see if this one had the gear. They sure did - there was plenty of stock, it was easy to locate in the outdoors section, and there was even a choice of colors. The manager, Krishma at Walmart in Canal Winchester is rude and unprofessional. I was visiting my sister from out of town and he made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I will NEVER shop at this location again! Walmart please make sure your managers are properly trained and no how to talk and treat customers!
