Overpriced. Sat in lobby for 40 minutes after I was told to be there for my to go order. Bagels weren’t even cooked an hour after opening. Wasn’t offered any form of compensation. Ice maker wasn’t working so no cold or iced beverages. Used to go here all the time back in college. Wild to see this local staple go downhill.
Out of stuff all the time. When I spoke to the manager about it he said I always come in and complain “all the time.”
THATS BECAUSE YOU MESS UP MY ORDER AND ARE OUT OF STUFF ALL THE TIME.

Ordering online they charge a carry out fee of $3.50 and a convenience fee of $1.50. What are they doing any differently than if I walked into the store ? Just lost a customer
