I have been coming to Embers for 15 years and I have loved this restaurant. However tonight 9/13 was off. The ambiance was blank. It was very dark, off and all servers seemed and looked mad. Our server was just ok. I tip 30-40% usually, but that is earned.
She did not earn that.
The filets were not cooked the temperature we ask for and even after speaking to a manager, he agreed. The second one was not much better. If you mess up two steaks for 58.00 each, you as a restaurant...read full review
