Four Mile Pig Reviews
I got the loaded fries with brisket and the whole dish was underwhelming. The "crispy fries" were mushy underneath the cheese sauce and bbq. The taste profile was not good. The brisket was not tasty and had many bites of fat. Overall I was displeased and will not eat there again. Service was fast for a busy Saturday night. We sat outside and there was live music. Cost was~$16. :/
Burger was pretty decent. I got the double but it's more like a single. I feel it's more bread than burger. I'd probably give em a try on another food but most likely not a double burger again.
Food was great, their brussels spouts are just incredible and their take on fries is really unique and delicious.Because of how loud and echoey the Element Eatery is, it was hard to understand the person at the counter, and the chairs SUCK. Parking is also really weird.
Four Mile Pig offers incredible, unique food like brussels sprouts and delicious fries. Despite some noise and uncomfortable chairs at the restaurant, the customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond, even accommodating special requests. The pulled pork sandwich with original BBQ sauce is a must-try, with generous portions at a great price. Leftovers heat up well too. A hidden gem worth visiting for tasty food and friendly service.
The loaded fries with brisket were underwhelming, with mushy fries underneath the cheese sauce and BBQ. The brisket was not tasty and had many bites of fat. The burger was decent, but more bread than burger. However, the Spicy Double-Double Burger was nice and juicy, cooked nicely, and the fries were crispy.
