I've been to Gold Star dozens of times and this was the first time I'd tried the chili salad.It could have used a little more chili, but it tasted really good.Love the Chipotle ranch dressing.Vegetarian options: The veggie chili is wonderful.
I enjoy good coney's. I lived most of my life in the Oklahoma region of the country, and it'sConey I-lander country, I think the only difference between them is the chili, and I must say I prefer the Oklahoma version, but Gold Star isn't bad. It was worth trying.
