“Everything we ate during our visit was absolutely delicious. We started with the bruschetta, which had such fresh, vibrant tomatoes on perfectly toasted bread. It was the perfect opening to our meal.

Waiter was very attentive without hovering and took the extra step of inquiring if we were on a specific timeline (attending any events after) so that he could coordinate to get us out on time. We weren't, but what a nice touch. The food was unique and very good. Loved the stuffed squash blossoms and the duck I ordered. Bananas Foster Gelato was the perfect not-too-heavy dessert. “We had heard about this restaurant from a friend so we decided to try it for lunch. It's right on Wyoming Avenue at the border of Wyoming and Lockland. The lunch and dinner menus are the same but they have a variety of daily specials. We kept it simple for lunch: a hamburger with fries and a veggie burger with Saratoga chips. The burger was big and tasty but the veggie patty didn't have much taste and the texture was too soft. It's not something I would order again. A soft drink and a beer (the place is also a brew pub) ran up a bill of $40. It's primarily an Italian place but there are several non-Italian choices from Fish & Chips to Rueben sandwiches. It has a nice, cozy ambiance and service was prompt and courteous. It could easily become my local hangout except it's just a little too far from my home. That being said I do plan to revisit and try some of their Italian fare. Free parking on the street or in their lot. Full bar.“

“Have been there on several occasions, but tonight was first time seated at counter. Absolutely WONDERFUL experience overall. Sitting by brick oven and watching the kitchen function on all cylinders was wonderful. Had one of the best waitresses ever ( cannot pronounce her name correctly), but her recommendations were SPOT ON. I didn’t order from the menu but asked her to give me her favorite pasta and it was sooooo good. Wife and I saw something come out of brick oven a couple times and its aroma was unrivaled. It was the eggplant and she got it and said it was some of the best she ever had. Spoke with new mgr Tony and informed him we had recently been to Soto and would return to Forno ten times over before going back to Soto. Have been here three or four times now and menu is fantastic (have had something different each time). Everything went off without a hitch. From conversing on the phone, asking questions during the initial order to the day of the event. They were right on time. The set up was great and most important the food was top notch and amazing!

“First time here tonight and the service was amazing and quick we were worried coming in about 7:50 since they closed at 9 and we didn’t feel rushed at all.. Food was absolutely delicious we ordered a pizza and hoagie with some cheese sticks, and that dessert especially the peanut butter pie was absolutely amazing I ask the girl at the register who makes it and Nicole idk if you will see this but you know what your doing with that peanut butter pie, it was absolutely the most delicious peanut butter pie I ever had.. it took a lot of self control to not buy every last piece that was left..“
