So we’ve stop here a few times over the past few years on our way through OH and, the past 2 times have been pretty bad. Very unfriendly and rude staff, cold food, & no matter what the time of day it is the doors are always locked. It’s a honestly ridiculous, because if something is wrong with your food, or they leave something out of your order you have to wait in line again to get anything fixed. My friend and I drove 110 miles just to eat at Jack in the Box. We both lived out west for many years. This trip down memory lane was worth it! Actually, we visited 2 Jack in the Box restaurants as the first one didn't have tacos available. Breakfast croissant, mini tacos, Jumbo Jack with cheese, then ?. Saw the Jack Steak is no longer a menu item.
