Slower than a 7-year itch! They never have food ready. Lunch, dinner, in between, I always have to wait.
As usual they ran out of extra cruspy chicken and thighs. What the heck? It was 7pm. Happens every other week no mater the day ir time. When I said I would wait, not that they gave me that as an option, they told me it would be at least 30 minutes. Needless to say I didn't stay and went to Popeyes instead. We try to stop here once a week and usually settle for whatever they have but lately they are out of too much!

Sometimes, orders are incorrect, but staff generally work quickly to fix mistakes. Despite these problems, the spicy chicken sandwich and other items are praised for their freshness and juiciness. Dr. Pepper is available as a beverage. Overall, KFC serves finger-licking good food, and with improvements in staff efficiency and communication, the dining experience could be even better.
