absolutely terrible customer service. we ordered our meal online for delivery, literally 2 minutes after submitting we realized we forgot a sandwhich. I call to add it to our order and sat on hold for over 10 minutes! we had 2 phones going trying to reach them. finally someone picks up and by the time they pull up our order, take down the sandwhich order they tell us our order was already out for delivery. if we wanted the additional sandwhich we would need to wait and additional...read full review
