“Came here with a friend who frequents this place and I'm pretty impressed. We lined up on Easter at opening and they already had a line out the door, even in the light drizzle. The line stayed that way over the next hour that we hung out there. They do sell out of items so it's best to get there as early as you can! I'm more of a sweet tooth when it comes to baked goods, but the everything bagel croissant is a must-have here. The staff heat it before serving, and it's truly the best of both worlds - the butteriness and flakiness of a croissant, with the garlic scallion seasme flavors of an everything bagel. The raspberry almond croissant is also delicious, a good balance of tart and nutty. The salty chocolate chip cookie was also good - large chocolate chunks throughout. The vegan matcha brownie was an adventurous pick; I'm usually iffy about vegan baked goods, and this one had a texture closer to a fudge than to a brownie. I liked the chocolate and mint combo but couldn't get a hint of matcha. Similarly, the raspberry matcha doodle had plenty of raspberry but 0 matcha. Overall, the limited edition matcha flavored items fell flat, but the goods off the regular menu were great and reasonably priced. The space itself is bright, large enough to seat a few small groups, and nice to hang out in. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Check this place out and stick to their bestsellers, and you'll be in carb heaven.“
“Great little restaurant. Even has outside dining, when the weather warms up.Parking: Parking is what gives them 4 stars instead of 5. There is some meter parking in front and an extremely small lot behind the restaurant. Then free on street parking in the neighborhood behind them. If you are going at a busy time expect to do laps around to find a place.“
“The best ice cream place ever!!! They make my chocolate malt exactly how a malt should be. I don’t even have to say extra thick! These shakes are as thick as it gets. I love their slushies and soft serve. They have a great menu for great prices. Unbeatable prices a small shake is just $3!!! Be sure to tip them too.“
“Atmosphere 9/10Amazing open air cocktail bars with 4 different lounge area and completely different vibes. There is something for everyone. A lot of international elements (signs from all over the world) and cool design elements. Also a nice bar in the middle of the main room.Drinks 8/10Decent signature menu, containing classic cocktails with a “twist”. Espresso Martini tasted great! I missed a nice coaster thoughService 9.5/10Very friendly bartender team. Serving water without asking. And I loved their dog treat dispenser and attention for furry friends. No reservations needed. Prices are good for Cincinnati tooWould recommend to experience this bar during daylight and ideally, when good weather. Suitable for big groups!“
“I’ve hosted events at this venue and had a wonderful experience. Kind and professional staff, great atmosphere. If you like sours, there’s no place that does it like Urban Artifact. They have the best selection with a ton of variety and seasonal options. I’ve yet to try one that I haven’t liked, but Teak is my go-to favorite.“
“Good stuff, good service. Never a terrible wait......the staff is pretty efficient. I can see why they have been there forever and a day.Parking: Limited number of spaces and not the greatest of neighborhoods. Not sure about handicap parking, even though the shop and lot are handicap accessible.Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop. If that isn't kid friendly I don't know what is.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all at ground level. There isn't a step or even an incline to traverse. So should be handicap friendly. Not sure about handicap parking though.“
“My boyfriend and I just left Agave and Rye and we were quite delighted with our experience. We have been there previously and haven’t been back in a while due to the poor customer service. We finally decided to go back and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to have Livia as our server after the past few experiences. The food was great, our server was so polite, helpful and attentive to us. We will definitely be going back soon, highly recommend!“
“The parking lot will tell you all you need to know. It's always packed and if it was bigger even more people would probably come. It is worth the wait though! They offer a rewards program which isn't common with the creamy whips around here so that's a nice added bonus. They are currently running a special where you can take a yard sign and earn a gift card. There are a few food options and the chili is Cincinnati style and delicious. There are a few non dairy options like dole whip and slushies. The best dish I've had here is the Reese Cup parfait. Mine is pictured without whip cream but it comes with it if you like. It has enough flavor without it for me. If you're obsessed with the peanut butter and chocolate combination then you'll love it. Lots of different and unique options for everyone.“
“I have been to this location a few times over the last few months, and today was another lovely experience! The barista was incredibly friendly and kind, and made a delicious americano. I got there right as the pastries came in, the blueberry danish is delicious!“
“My recent visit to Boba Cha was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone. The menu boasted an impressive selection of boba teas and other refreshing beverages, each bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients.“
“Great food. I love that they have gluten-free bread options and their coffees are amazing too. The staff is always friendly and the homemade pastries are delicious. I also love their mission. Local people helping local people. Great breakfast food and dinner specials. Chef Gigi is the best.“
“My partner and I tried this brewery right after we went to urban artifact, Right across the street! The vibe is wonderful! Super cozy and inviting ! Alicia (one of the owners) was super helpful and kind ! Can’t wait to come back ! The sour cherry seltzer and the farmhouse ale were amazing!“
“Mom ‘n ‘em is truly a gem in Camp Washington. Their avocado toast is a personal favorite and my favorite places to get it in the city. When the weather is nice, they have a wonderful little area to sit outside. They are a little on the pricier side (a coffee and breakfast run me about $22, where as maybe other places I could get coffee and a light breakfast for around $15) but is well worth the quality of the coffee and food. Also a great place to get tined fish, if you’re a fan. Love coming here to catch up with friends or work remotely.Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives, can alter items if u have allergies. Had a close call with their granola bc it has nuts in it, but they replaced the item with no hesitation and no charge“
“Just a sweet bunch of gals working here.... I would not say working, I would say living! They seem genuinely happy to be here and makes you feel as if the place is yours also. Check out my ? with sausage, real egg and real cheese ? priced way under 6 bucks! I come for the coffee and stay for the food/smiles!“
“Recently rented the upstairs space for my friend's Bridal Shower and it was amazing! Great space, great music, lovely people, very accommodating & helpful... just wonderful overall! In addition to a wonderful venue experience I also have to say the wine was delicious, I highly recommend the Black Sheep Rouge, which is one of the Revel Winery wines. Deep & smooth!“
“We visited here before a play at the Aronoff, a 2 block walk. Our server was excellent. I had an Old Fashioned and the pastrami special , very good. However the half chicken was a bit dry, and overpriced at $30. The other meals at the table were good, it being Friday lent the menu was a bit “
“Had to listen to One of the waitresses loudly complaining and cursing about things. She carried on for the first 10 minutes or more that we were there. Then after people were seated she was carrying on and cussing at the hostess stand. It was a shame because we really love to eat here. Put a little damper on our mood but the food is always great.“
“I had an amazing experience at Pins recently. The service was excellent, great vibe from the staff, specifically Andy who provided over the top service and some great conversation to top it off. Would highly recommend going to Pins for your next group outing“
“The yuca fries and shishito peppers were a great start to the meal. Comes out hot with a great dipping sauce. The classic burger was excellent. Juicy, cheesy, stacked with a proper bun. Good beer selection and Celia our server was top notch. Attentive, helpful, punctual with a great personality to match. Highly suggest you brave the parking sitch at lunch time and grab a table, you won't be disappointed. Open till 9 so I'll be back for seconds soon“
“Very cool and fun concept - the prices for their drinks changes depending on how many people are ordering that drink! Although fun, it also means you're perhaps paying more for a tastier drink ;) but in general, all of the prices are reasonable anyways! They had a lot of fun stuff going on when I was there - a lot on their TVs, trivia, and some other games in the back. Drinks were good, and I had a great time!“
“Doctor's order, cut back on the sweets. Now and again I have to stray away from my diet and have something from "Sugar!" Good cookies, brownies, some cake and more. May need to get a cookie cake for my birthday this year. Better work out. Check out one of, if not the best cookie place in cincy.“
“First of all - this place is awesome! Located in Madisonville on Madison road. I didn't know that walnuts and spaghetti went together, but after ordering the dish I am convinced this is the way. The spaghetti was made of veggies, and it was very much a fresh dish. I also ordered an Oreo cupcake that I enjoyed. The wait was about 20 mins but the food was fresh. There was plenty of street parking, which I didn't expect. I can't wait to come back in the summer time for ice cream.“
“Honestly, where do I start? The bartenders are patient, kind, and professional. This is the kind of place that can go from slow to packed out in 30 minutes, and the bartenders are never phased. This family owned bar provides great service every single time. Best poured Guinness in Cincinnati easily, beautiful location, and perfect hole in the wall spot! Dare I say best bar in the Cincinnati area? Yes, it is!!!“
“Let me start off by saying that I was having a really bad day, just leaving the hospital & randomly found this location as I googled ice cream places for a quick pick me up. So happy I found this gem! Janet was so sweet and welcoming, and her kind gesture will have me return as a repeat customer!I ordered a dole whip & honey… it was so, so good! My partner order a sprinkle cone and he loved it, too. Just a heads up - they are cash only at this time, so bring some coins with you!“
“Love the environment, the setup, menu, TVs, music selection and customer service I received. Although I've only attended a couple of times to dine and have a drink with friends. There was only one major disappointment that saddened me. The prices aren't very budget friendly. To register and participate in the classes/events is WAYY over the top. Theres a way to still make healthy profit and cover costs without charging ridiculous prices. I was very impressed and excited to see the classes and other calendar events they were hosting. The ideas and themes chosen I thought were perfect. I was genuinely excited as a customer who has just joined the community just shy of 3 years ago and ha e been looking forward to finding ways to to meet fellow neighbors but to get involved with my neighborhood and support our local businesses!!“
“Have eaten here about 7 times. Every time the food meets expectation and is absolutely delicious. Typically get the pulled pork sandwich. I got the tater tots last time and they are to die for, if you're a tater totter like myself.Great pairing with Fretboard Brewery products. Also like that its inside the building, making it convenient. Friendly staff so far, and plan to go back when I get the chance.Grabbed the Flying Pig sandwich last trip. So good. It's fairly sloppy so you'll need a fork. Gonna be my go-to from now on.“
“Local brewery and distillery close to Findlay Market. Focus on German style beer and clear spirits like rum and vodka. You can see the production area from the inside. An outdoor patio is available for warmer spring days to come. The menu is bar friendly. The Loaded Tots were very good. Unfortunately, I ate them all before, I thought to take a picture. ?“
“I've walked past 1215 so many times on the way to somewhere else. We were out and I was craving an espresso martini, so we figured the wine bar and coffee lab was the perfect choice. I was skeptical of ordering their fancy version or a traditional espresso martini because of the mention of chocolate. I'm not a super sweet drink kind of person. I went out on a limb and decided on their fancy version (top model or something like that?) It was sooooo good! Service was fantastic.“
“We had my mom’s 80th birthday dinner and it was simply amazing! Kate was a tremendous host and helped me consider all the details to make the event very special. We had happy hour and charcuterie in the front room and then dinner in the barrel room. What a beautiful and unique setting! All 31 of us were at one, long table and it was just gorgeous. The drinks- especially the WINE - and food were outstanding. We had a GREAT time. I highly recommend Kate and the Skeleton Root winery for your special events and business/corp team events.“
“Everything about the experience was pleasant. From the moment Zander provided menus, until he returned to gather our tray, we felt welcome and appreciated. Our meal was delicious, satisfying, and affordable. An old-fashioned, drive up, dining experience.Parking: Park in any space in the lot, and someone will physically come to the car to provide menus and take orders.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and respectful staff. Eating in the car provides a private and comfortable environment for patrons with and without children.“
“Great atmosphere and music. This place is the perfect hole in the wall experience for excellent music. A+Parking: I took a Lyft and there was no issue at all. Driver was familiar with venue. Plenty of parking on Saturday night.Kid-friendliness: Bar tenders are very professional and very fast. I was impressed with the speed and quality of service despite it being busy.“
“My favorite bar to visit when I'm in the Cincinnati area. The staff is always friendly, quick to provide you a beverage and they replace it when it is empty! The smoked wings are top tier and when the live music starts this spot is a rocking little place to be!“
“Tasty croissants and good coffee options. Decent place to hangout with your coffee and get some work done. Only downside are the long lines during the early office hoursWheelchair accessibility: Street access and you have a wheelchair ramp indoors for the store access“
“Amazing quality craft beers. Not overly expensive.Great customer service.Anything can be sampled generally.Whiskey Wednesdays are funCalista flockheart is easily my favorite.Family friendly.Clean, and the vibe is calm and welcoming. Not a homey place.More hipster.“
“Best damn pizza in the tristate area. I've never had a bad experience, and I always regret not getting multiple pies at a time. Amazing crust, fresh sauce and not overly greasy like a lot of other places around here. A bit expensive but it's worth it, I promise.“
“My husband threw me a surprise birthday party at Tillie’s and it could not have been more perfect! We had the entire back area to ourselves, but also had karaoke with the lovely Phaedra in the front to enjoy with other patrons. I love the space in the back, it’s intimate, but still open to enjoy the entire bar. I don’t drink, so Jordan the bartender made me a delicious mocktail to enjoy. Jordan was personable, attentive, and just a genuinely kind guy. My husband even worked with Nigel to have a playlist running all night of my favorite genre of songs. Tillie’s is perfect for any occasion, a fun random night out or a planned event like this. I felt so special and attended to. Thanks Tillie’s for a perfect night!“
“The outdoor seating at this location looks amazing. I wish it would have been warm enough to take advantage of it. We sat at the bar and ordered a flight of taproom exclusives. They also have the staple Sam Adam's beers you are used to seeing along with a small food menu. The inside has plenty of seating and the service was great!“
“It had been awhile since I have been here and I'm not sure why??The atmosphere is great. Very comfortable. The food is fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and flavorful. I want to try everything on the menu, but if I went back tomorrow I would order the same thing I ordered last night, the shrimp etoufee. It was delicious! Our waitress was spot on. She described the menu perfectly and offered great suggestions. Service was great! The service made the night. Her name was Danielle or Dana(I was not paying clise attention when she first came up).I'll be back soon! Great place!“
“Reminds me of the tea houses in Nepal, very touristy hostel vibes. We got some momos and they were very good. Kind of pricey but if you’re looking for quality, you get what you pay for. It was interesting that they had their sauces and frozen momos for sale.“
“One of my favorite bars in cincinnati!! Their cocktail menu doesn’t miss!!! Pictured is their spring 2023 menu and I ordered the ‘Table talks’ from it! I was fascinated by all the different ingredients for the drink. I’m a gin drinker so I naturally lean in that direction. I felt like this drink was either going to be a miss or an absolute favorite no one between. IT WAS AMAZING!! And come on the little milk jar glass, obsessed!! I still think about this drink sometimes and hope it makes it back onto the menu soon. If you can’t find a current drink menu, trust me there will be something you like when you go in! If not the bar staff is so nice and are so attentive to make sure you are served a drink you will love “
“The Pilot has been my local spot for years, It’s truly like an episode of Cheers! The staff, the owner and the regulars make you feel welcome! The Pilot Inn will always have a special place in my heart.Parking: Parking is never an issue. The pilot inn has their own parking lot and there is also plenty of parking next door at rookwood commons.“
“LOVE Liberty's! I recently visited twice in the same week due to how great this place is. First on a Saturday night which was busy; all the outdoor tables and the entire bar were full, we luckily were able to grab one of the couches to sit on. This visit I opted for the Non-Alcoholic Wine which was very good and tasted just like real Riesling! My friends all got classic Liberty Mules - some Moscow and some Kentucky - as well as some wine - it is so amazing this place has so many options for everyone! I came back again on a Thursday after work when they had just opened and was able to secure a spot at the bar - this time I opted for the espresso martini and WOW was it delicious! It quickly started to fill up as we were there so we were happy we had our seats secured early. Both of these times I had the same bartender who was so friendly, attentive and helped answer all our questions on the menu. She was super flexible in our ordering and always made sure our water cups were full which was greatly appreciated! Overall this place has the best of everything - atmosphere, drinks and staff - I cannot wait until I am back again!“
“Excellent ice cream shop!Growing up going to King's Island, I fell in love with their famous blueberry ice cream. Now, living in Dayton, there are a few places around us that sell it, but we spent the morning in Cincinnati, and on the way home, I was in the mood for ice cream. Our typical spots to go to were closed, so we did a Google search, and this shop popped up. We decided to stop by, and they opened up about 5 mins after we got there. We were kindly greeted by the owner Brian. He asked if we could wait about 5 mins so the machine could get ready. We paid and waited. I used the restroom while we waited. It was clean. We got our ice cream a few minutes later. Light, not heavy, smooth, not clumpy. It was delicious! Pricing was very comparable to other shops. We will definitely return!“
“My favorite local ice cream chain! Every location is great, and every flavor is delicious. If it has mix-ins, WOW! They really add them generously. My favorite is the brownies and cream. Their non mix-in flavors have a very decadent richness. Yum!!!“
“This is such a fun and immersive place to hang out. Our bartender treated us like old friends and made some solid suggestions from the cocktail menu. Our spritzer flight was unique and amazing and the vibe really made us feel part of a 1970s ski lodge. Thanks Overlook!“
“A little hard to get to. The food we had was great worth going back to for the food. The beers were ok, I had a flight of the darker stronger beers. I would like to try some of their lighter beer this summer. Again the food made it worth the 45 minutes to get there. I wouldn't go back just to try more beer.“
“Place was empty and we sat in the deck in the back. I had a Blue Moon draft with two samosas that were delicious. My friend had the veggie burger and said it was very good as well. Samosas and beer $12. Food comes out of a trailer in the parking lot and in take-out containers. Still, a perfect light snack to have with your drink. Great deal, good place to hang out with friends. I recommend.“
“Pendleton Parlor is a super cool neighborhood ice cream shop that uniquely offers edible cookie dough scoops along with their ice cream. I tried a Nutella Swirl (Vanilla soft serve + Nutella). It was delicious - thick, rich, creamy. The Universal Studios-esque decor is really neat and worth checking out while your treats are prepared.“
“Really a very nice experience...a small, local place with a fresh, bright bar and attentive barkeeper. Had only four or five of their own beers, but they were good and several other craft beers on tap. Mostly pizza/Italian for food. Will visit again! Deano“
“We were looking for some protein before our hike in the nature preserve. SO happy we happened upon Pig Candy BBQ ? We had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork waffle. Absolutely delicious, we ended up ordering another sandwich to go. The employees were also so sweet, what a joy to eat here!“
