“I have been meaning to stop by since they opened, finally had a chance tonight. Casual atmosphere of a neighborhood place. Warm greeting upon arrival. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. I had garlic knots and a small pizza and both were delicious. The pizza was a 10” pie the size of a paper plate. The toppings were fresh and evenly spread over the pie which was perfectly cooked. The crust was the perfect consistency. The pizza really did taste like a traditional pizza I use to have when I was young and we lived next door to a family from Italy. It’s a can’t miss experience, and I will definitely dine here again.“

“Today, a friend and I came to Dewey’s for lunch. The waiter came by to inform us that an error had been made in our order and that we would be given our meal for free. We had not even been waiting that long, but that level of customer service is VERY hard to find. Kudos to Dewey’s. We will be back many times!“

“Very good new york style pizza. Everything from how they prepare the pizzas to how they sell pizza by the slice is great! The flavors arent going to be anything new or revolutionary but they make their pizzas simple and make them right! I got the cheese and pepperoni to get a baseline idea of how everything tasted and I was not disappointed! Crusts were thin and crisp, and everything tasted fresh. The location itself is also very clean and never too crowded! Perhaps the most important aspect that I appreciated the most was the service! Everyone was polite and helpful and spent a decent time talking to me about different reccomendations on the menu!“

“We are from out of town and decided on pizza. After looking at yelp stars we decided to come here. Everything was great and the service was amazing. My five year old ask him for ranch and after we were done he packed up our pizza and we left. Got back to our hotel and he threw in extra ranch for her. “Definitely one of the best Pizzas I've had in Cincy so far, We got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it was extremely fresh. You get a great view of 13th and Vine that is excellent for people watching. The Crust was crisp and the dough was herbed which is something you don't see often. Would definitely recommend checking this one out!“

Other places we tried did not even make an attempt to help us out even though they were closer. Snappy bent the rules and delivered 5 yummy pizzas to our farm. They did not have to make that effort-certainly no one else did. Kudos to the manager for creating an atmosphere of community where something out of the ordinary could be possible. “I ordered from Door Dash first time ever. My door dasher picked my $50 order up and then canceled the order and “fed his family”. Door dash refunded me but the owner is having to fight for a refund, he will get it but my first experience with door dash will be my last. They were not very apologetic and didn’t seem to be surprised at this behavior from a driver. I called the store and wanted them to make the order again and said I’ll pay for it as I will get a refund. The manager was so kind and took care of us. I insisted on paying again for the full order and he would not accept full payment and only wanted a partial payment. The kindness of the store goes beyond what they had to do since currently they are shorted out of the food and it’s not payed for. I will be back for their delicious crispy crust pizza and my daughter had her first hoagie and loved it! Thanks NYPD!!! Thanks for making right what you didn’t have to do for Door Dash. Door Dash do better and make sure that driver is fired.“
