Me too ladies that waited on me just a few minutes ago have outstanding customer service skills and are so friendly and this is by far the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to so thank you
Nice employees, but service was slow, and part of my order was wrong. It took nearly 25 minutes for my drink to come out. I'm not sure if it's the current labor shortage or a lack of proper training (I suspect it may be a combination of the two as I used to work at Starbucks myself). The barista was really sweet and apologized for the long wait, which was a nice gesture. Not a bad experience overall, but I'm not sure whether I'd come back to this location or not.
