Experience a wonderful rooftop restaurant in Cincinnati, Shire's Rooftop, offering a great view of the city. The ambiance is lovely, with plenty of shade in the late afternoon. The short rib with carrots is a standout dish, and they also have a great wine selection. While reservations can't guarantee terrace seating, the food and service received mixed feedback. The signature scallops and mac & cheese were hits, but the burger was just okay for its price. Some found the service slow and lacking cheerfulness, impacting the overall experience. Despite some disappointments, it's still a nice spot for a date night or celebration.
