“There is no other deli we'd drive 35 miles one-way for. The service, house-made salads, service, cannolis, service, and sandwiches are all well worth the drive. The only time we have ever had Richie's and I was disappointed was when we brought it on a picnic and the ants got the crumbs before I could. THAT mistake will never happen again.”

“My wife and I LOVED Manchester Hill! We tried every wine on the menu except a few sweet wines, and also had both ciders, and every single taste we had was DELICIOUS! The Traminette was a fave for sure, but we would legit drink any and all off the menu! Bought several bottles and the owners were super awesome, Nicole was a hoot and Patrick, the winemaker was also very kind! We enjoyed some live music while we were there on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was cozy and fun! A MUST-STOP if visiting the Hocking Hills area!!🍷”

“We go to this location once a week. We love their food and their employees however yesterday was a different experience for us. We like to sit at the bar so we moved one of the stools so we could sit together. It was at the end of the bar and the bartender said make sure you don't get over to far as that is where I put my drinks. When the 2 gentlemen left which was like 5 minutes we moved down at which time she came around and got the stool and slammed it down where it was. Now keep in mind we see others move stools all the time. We will continue to come to our favorite place to eat but if she's working we will not be sitting at the bar!”

The bourbon chicken is great it’s like getting it at pumpkin show! the only thing id say that needs worked on is some of the waitresses/bartenders are rude and needs to work on there customer service but they could just be having a bad day.”

If you live farther out Tootles is worth the drive.”

“Got a Frisco Burger and fries here today. The Texas toasted was not toasted at all. Pure white and soggy. Meat was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. Not tomato at all. Very little mayo . Almost $10 for the meal. If I would have checked it before leaving would have taken it back. Can't go inside. Drive thru only. This used to be a good fast food restaurant. What happened,”

“I ordered two pizzas from the Circleville, Ohio location because my husband and I have 4 kids- when the pizza is delivered the cheese pizza has been dropped and half of it is missing from the box and the other pizza is soggy and tastes awful. I usually love Donatos but this is ridiculous..I called for a refund, the manager said they don't do refunds and offered to trade out the dropped pizza- that I didn't even realize yet was half missing- within half an hour. We decided on an account credit, but again, this is before I realized we were missing literally half of a pizza. Getting him to agree to the credit was almost like pulling teeth. I tried to salvage the cheese pizza for my kids and that's when I realized we were missing half of it, so I called back to give the manager a heads up that someone is dropping pizzas and removing half of them. He said "I've never heard of that before," I said "Well I've never seen it before." I'm not ordering from this Donatos anymore - I was happy with the credit until I realized I'm not going to be able to use it.”
