I'm a regular and there's a black guy with a bun that comes in a lot and usually doesn't have enough money to pay his tab. I overheard him ask the bartenders to give him a drink and he'll pay it back at a later date. It always seems to work. He also starts asking others at the bar to buy him a drink too. This is so rude and unfair to those of us that pay when we consume. I didn't come here to be harrassed for a drink buddy. It's like a reality TV...
A true Gem, that is culturally diverse. Historical bar, with owners who have a story of their own.

I came here on a Monday night with my grandmother and got to see a live jazz band. I was recommended to try the grilled cheese with bacon and it did not disappoint and it was filling with the fries, even for a big eater like me. Definitely recommend and I will be back!
