I just watched 25 people in line including myself get treated like a scolded child this morning. Embarrassing customer service. The “general manager” was sighing and clearly didn’t want to be there while the lady making the orders was screaming at people. I love Brueggers but will not take my business to this location again after being treated that way.
Every time I come to the Bruegger’s at Cleveland airport I have a horrible experience that always leaves me so uncomfortable!! The first time the woman taking orders was apparently speaking to me, but I couldn’t tell because her back was facing me. Then she whipped her head around and goes, “OH MY GOD HELLO??? The food was ok. Female cashier (at 11 am on 4/24/24) has a bad attitude/no customer service skills. Yelled at me to go pick up my food in a specific area, although I was still looking at what to order. After checking the other reviews, it seems like this person has caused many customer's a bad experience, and yet the location chooses to do nothing about it. Stay clear of this place unless you enjoy being talked down to.
