The portions were plentiful (half of us couldn’t finish), everything was hot, and none of the protein we ordered resembled mystery meat. Nope, everything was legitimate and quite good. Mine was Szechuan chicken while my wife enjoyed her staple dish, cashew nuts. \n\nFor $6.95, we felt there was nothing missing (except, perhaps, the choice to substitute fried rice for an extra $1). In fact, the pricing for the luncheon specials didn’t make much sense, because it seemed to be merely the sum of the pieceparts. Perhaps someone can revisit that. Until then, we’re perfectly happy ordering the pint portions.“

“As far as dine-in Chinese restaurants go this place is the Pinnacle on the west side. There used to be a really great place in Lakewood which I can't remember their name and then there's Imperial Wok in Solon, but not since Oriental Terrace back in the day have I had this high quality of Chinese at such a bargain basement price. “Well there prices have gone WAY up but on top of that on the weekends they want to charge you an additional 18% they say there open until 9pm I was there at 810 pm the doors were locked what a bunch of lies I dove 43 miles for that but rest assured going back will be hard because I went to Boo Long up the street what a pleasant surprise they also close at 9pm but welcomed me in at 835 been going to Me Wah and king Wah for YEARS but am now rethinking it“

“I LOVE a good little hole in the wall that serves up great food without crazy price tags! I got the spicy beef noodle soup which was huge and delicious and the scallion pancakes which were a little greasy but super crispy and tasty. Everything was so good I got an order of Ma Po Tofu to go which was also nice and flavorful! Nice and spicy, no frills just good food!“

Sweet and sour chicken and fried rice were both decent. The General Tso though was awesome - the sauce was just the right amount of heat and tang. Hotter than most other places I've been to but it's delicious. They even have peppers and green onion in the sauce which is a nice touch, and the chicken was super crispy even though it was sauced. Definitely coming back to try more of their food.“

“I have lived in this area for quite some time and was not aware of this Chinese Restaurant; however, I am glad that I now know of them. I bought two Shrimp Egg Rolls, thinking they would be like the place I used to go to on Libby and Warrensville. To my surprise, I could only eat one and the shrimp were so large and delicious. The sweet and sour chicken is good. This has now become my favorite Chinese restaurant.“

“Had dinner here on their patio tonight before a show at HOB. The pho and Vietnamese coffee were delicious. The beer is fairly priced. And the fried bananas with Lychee iceh cream were perfect. The bar across the way is blasting music to get people revved for the Cavs playoff game later tonight, and we're enjoying the party.“

Very friendly service, and the staff are clearly well-liked and respected by local residents. Another great plus is that they're open late. “I've been very curious so I stopped to try something real quick. They have a big menu! The ppl eating in the restaurant looked satisfied lol. The bowls of soup are huge!!! I tried the pork soup dumplings and a shrimp upon. The dumplings where excellent! So flavorful and the dipping sauce was outstanding! The shrimp udon was fair. It really was bland and didn't have many veggies in it at all. I would never get that again. Oh I got a thai tea too! Not too sweet! It was perfect! But I know for a fact I'll be back to get a bowl of soup, Soon lol You gotta eat in the restaurant to enjoy our soups! Nice spot!“

“I order from here occasionally.And usually not only are they quick and efficient, they are detailed oriented and the food is usually very good with a good price point.Today, I ordered wonton soup, which was very good.But it was cold.I ordered two vegetable spring rolls, which were so greasy that they basically slipped out of my hand when I picked them up.I've never had greasy spring rolls from them before.And the egg fung that I got is quite good however, I was disappointed that they didn't have brown rice today.They usually do.
Well, at least this time, I did get my almond cookies last time. I ordered them. They didn't come, but I got charged for them.

“We got food from Hunan One and the food was so good...it had the flavor of the old Chinese food places that were on superior and st.clair between E.30th and E.53rd...I have eaten there a bunch of time and I do not have one complaint...good size portions and the prices were surprisingly affordable..go there and get some!...you won't regret it“
