“This place is absolutely delicious! I tried the vegan version of the Philly cheese steak at best of the east and my goodness was it great. I realized tonight that I could go vegan it was the better and not greasy like the real thing . I will be ordering from now on!“
“The service was very friendly! The two girls at the front were very nice and patient. I got the large and a lot of the fruit wasn’t sweet at all. Especially the mango! The area to eat is small but cute and there was also a bit of a funny smell like maybe cleaning products but it was off putting. Anyways, I would return based on the good service and the concept of something healthier on the go.“
“Little coffee shop tucked next to the entrance of the Statler with lots of copper decor. Inside there is a small counter with 3 barstools...and the counter to order from. Not your come chill with friends coffee shop. I am a black americano drinker...so judging just on the coffee...it is not quite as good as some other downtown shops, but not bad. Looks like they have lots of flavored options that people were ordering and liked. Baristas were very friendly.“
“The location of townhall is perfect for its diverse atmosphere offering a cafe, brunch, lunch, dinner, and a bar setting for fun weekend nights. It is a place for everyone to go and enjoy themselves. As well they offer a wide ranger or clean and fresh menu items for customers to enjoy and advocate for healthy eating !“
“I can’t visit CLE airport without getting the Health Nut smoothie here. Every time it’s delicious and consistent because they measure the ingredients. I’ve also had bowls and smoothies that have all been great. The ingredients are fresh and sauces are full of flavor. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it. I wish there was a location outside of the airport!“
“I get food from here at minimum once a week, typically closer to twice. This is my favorite spot to grab food in Hingetown/Ohio City. You don’t have to be vegan to love their menu. I am never bored, and all of the staff I have interacted with are chill and friendly. Very excited to see what they do in the new space!My favorite menu items are the Blue Juice (recent obsession), the bravocado sandwich, and the Buffalo springpea salad. I love that most of the sandwiches can be a salad as well for the days I don’t want the bread. Best and most filling salads.“
“I called last minute with a request for a 20 person business meeting. Not only was the food ready on time but the owner made sure I didn't over order to spend more than I had to. The portions were very healthy (enough for everyone with some people to have food take home) and everyone loved it !!! Both vegan and non vegan raved about how good the veggie wraps and grilled pepper steak rice were. Vitamin Kandie is the best.“

The food is killer too, she hand-inspected each avocado before picking the best one for my toast. The food is fresh and made by someone who puts her money where her mouth is. “What a nice place to get a delicious smoothie! They have food as well but I got a healthy, banana and pb smoothie. They have enhancements as well, and I just worked out, so naturally I got the muscle builder enhancement which had creatinine and hemp protein to add into the smoothie. They have plenty of options. Dairy and non dairy. It's a clean place. Right off west 25th street. Street parking. And 10% off if your a first time customer!! Nice! Service was fast and the employee was kind. They were considerate and even tho I ordered the Pb smoothie, they asked my friend if she was allergic to make sure allergies were accounted for. It's a hip vibe and i definitely recommend trying it out!“

My only complaint - the menu is on TV's black background in purple writing with lights hanging in front for a glare. It's very hard to read. I can't wait to go back and try more!“

“Kafela is a St. Clair-Superior neighborhood gem! This breakfast and lunch cafe gives off such a positive vibe from the moment you walk in. I was greeted not only by a friendly face at the counter, but also many large green plants and sunlight filling the space. All of the menu items are named after locations and nods to sunny Los Angles. I got the Berry Much L.A. smoothie which was delish. I also got the Lavender Love Spell drink, which was lemonade with a lavendar butterfly tea that sparkled! For my meal, I got the chicken ceasar wrap with a side of sweet potato fries. The wrap was good. Classic caesar, although the chicken was well seasoned and I liked that the wrap was partially toasted. The sweet potato fries were delicious. When I inquired about the seasoning on the fries, I was told that they made their own sunshine blend to sprinkle on top. I couldn't place the flavors, but it was amazing! The star of my meal was the deep fried oreos. I wanted to leave with something sweet and these oreos did not disappoint! They had a chocolate drizzle and powdered sugar on top and came with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream. Fried oreos are usually only good when they're hot, I ate these cold all throughout the day and enjoyed every bite. The best part of Kafela is seeing how much of a gathering space it's become for people in the neighborhood. There were so many members of the community coming in throughout the time I was there to pick up a smoothie, order lunch, or just say hello and chat with the owner or other patrons. It truly felt like a place you could call home and I loved that.“

“Great little neighborhood ice cream shop. Great tasting ice cream and great prices. The owner/ operators are polite and helpful. Started going last year 2021 and been there alot so far this summer lol. I think he knows my van by now ?. But kids love it too . Always ask to go . Looking for good people prices and ice cream in the area check them out .“
“Pretty amazing vegan bacon cheeseburger this time with the freshest ingredients and beautiful presentation. The owner really cares about food and it shows! Every trip here is a huge treat with tons of options no matter what you are in the mood for and new specials every time. Probably beats out every restaurant in the area in food, which is an impossible feat for Lakewood, and a very romantic atmosphere. It's a must stop for vegans in Lakewood and it surely must be for omnivores as well.“
