“It's that neighborhood bar, the one where all the locals go after work and knock back a few with friends. The food menu isn't huge, but what they do serve they do well, like their subs! The Italian sub is pretty great with generous fillings and served hot. They have a small patio outside, but unless you're a smoker, I wouldn't suggest eating out there. They have live bands regularly and it can get pretty loud but it's a fun place to hang.“
“"Be Nice To Each Other" -Sheila Ann SteuberHometown atmosphere with down to earth people. Relaxing and entertaining, known to many as the local Cheers! Everyone knows your name and are happy to see you! My mother loved this place and its owner until the day she died. May the wind always be at your back, may the sun always shine down upon your face, and may the wings of destiny carry you off to see the stars.“
“Fantastic local pub with great service and food. I enjoy coming here and today I had the Ruben and it was great with shoestring fries. Josh the server and I had a coke and watched ESPN LIVE for this coming weekend playoff games ? I'll be back for sure.“
“It's Small Neighborhood Establishment (clean & it might deserve 5 stars) & I've Only Been There On Sunday Evenings for Jazz Musicians Entertainment ... The Music Is ? Good ?? ... No Food But You Can Order Pizza From Near By N. OSU “
“This is a great local pub. I'm not interested in high end. I'm looking for a place with friendly service, nice atmosphere and cheap, good beer. Andrea is super friendly and helpful. $5 local IPA, $2 PBR, free soda for designated drivers. They don't serve food (except for free tacos on Tuesday and free food on Saturday (was pizza last time we were here). Great restaurant across the street, The Iron Grill, has takeout that you're welcome to eat at Paddy Mac's. Enjoyed Thursday night football. Will be back often.“
“leo’s has been my favorite bar since I began drinking. the bartenders are personable. the drinks are reasonably priced for what they offer, and the atmosphere is incomparable. i know all the bartenders by name - that should speak for itself!“
“Is there anything better than bar food? This out of the way place off W Broad (in front of Home Depot) has been here for a while. I always get the Burnzie burger with fries that are fresh cut and the best! Today my husband ordered the Rueben. He said it was excellent. We took home wings with Carolina Gold sauce. Very meaty and good flavor. They have just about everything on the menu. Breakfast is served all day. Biscuits and gravy..mmm. The service is very good. Everyone is friendly.“
“This to me is an absolute hidden gem in plain sight. A 200 year old bar located in downtown Columbus with sandwiches and pizza. Pool table and darts with a great vibe. Lisa was an awesome bartender who delivered great times and service. It's laid back with great food. The pizza was perfect with a thin crust and spicy sauce. Next stop in downtown, don't miss this spot!“
“We were passing by here on a Friday evening after grabbing a bite to eat next door. It was our first time in here. The vibe and music was chill. We had a few drinks that were on point. A live band was setting up but we had somewhere else to be. I highly recommend this place for a nice chill spot. We didn't get a chance to try the food though.“
“Shout out to this spot for real - love a great dive/local bar.. and what's crazy is a grew up in this town and NEVER heard of it until recently moving back into the state . Service was awesome, the folks mad friendly and good beer selection, that's all I need.“
“Ryan is the best worker in this establishment. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. He was very kind and helpful when we had questions about the menu. I visit ohio frequently to see friends and T.T. Murph's will be a place I visit every time.“
“Been awhile since I had been in here, that Italian sub was as excellent as the reviews and of what the regulars said it was. Regulars said that I wasn't kidding about not being in there for awhile cause I asked the bartender to hit the buzzer for the restroom and they done away with it years ago along with the bowling machine.Played me some blues through touchstones and enjoyed meeting and conversatin with a Jenna. Good folks.“
“Had one of the best bar nights in a long time here at Mike's. Cheap beer, great friendly people, an even better bartender, and Twiggy! Just a great fun place where everyone interacts and just enjoys who and where they are in the moment. Look, it's not a trend rooftop bar, doesn't pretend to be either. It is what it is, a classic, friendly, and cleanish little dive bar. Enjoy!“
“Stopped in for the first time with a friend who has been here a number of times. Happy Hour is from 11am-8pm. I got a 16oz Bud light draft for $2. I could upgrade it to a 32oz mini pitcher for $3.25. Cost goes up 25¢ after Happy Hour. They have a popcorn machine offering unlimited popcorn however they do not offer other food. Sometimes they have food that may be brought in. Tonight they had wings from Wingstop and a large salad. It seems to be an older clientele and but was pretty laid back which I like sometimes. QFM-96 playing in the background. Bartenders were really sweet and I will be back and bring friends.“
“10/19/22... Typical dive bar. Pool tables, dart's, bowling game, great jukebox and Keno. My cousin and I stopped in for a few beverages. We met Al he was a nice guy and did a very good job taking care of us!Todd's the best bartender that I've ever had there recently... He's GREAT ? attentive and a really nice guy!!“
“Met my daughter and her friend had a great night with karaoke that is always awesome can't find it much these days and not too many bars make sex on the beach and that's what I drink and it was nice to get that was a couple shots also was good really good to get out just with the girls after a long week thank you for that experience“
“This Tavern offers excellent drinks and real down home hospitality. The regular clientele here are all laid back, very friendly and inviting. Great place to meet new friends, swap stories and listen to a variety of older rock and country music. As the evening crowd begins pouring in, the music changes just a little to more recent covers. Great place to put some roots down and chill.“
“A great south end family owned and operated neighborhood bar with a wide selection of drinks including cocktails, drafts, and a variety of bottles and cans. All are a dollar off during happy hour. I'm glad they brought in Philgeddaboutit to run the kitchen; finally, someone that provides "bar food"! Friendly bartenders, but sometimes service can be a bit slow. If you visit, know you must order everything at the bar, there's no table service.Pros: It's 300 feet from my house.Cons: It's 300 feet from my house.“
“Maybe my all time favorite place in Columbus. It's a mixture of home feeling and dive bar but modern watering hole. The food is simple and superb just what the doctor orders. Definitely the best pregame spot for whatever sport or concert you're going to around there“
“If and when this closes, the OSU campus as well as the city will lose a true institution. A place that is the true definition of "dive bar". One of nice people (patrons and employees), good pizza, great beer selection and prices. Love this place.“
