Such a nice and overworked barista that works here (blond hair with glasses). She was really pleasant and patient, and gave a good recommendation. She was manning down a long line but got all the orders out quickly. It sucks that the app doesn't allow for tips, but she really went above and beyond. On a sidenote, this Starbucks is now closing at 2pm instead of 6p starting this week.
Before Giant Eagle, there was Big Bear. But corporate mergers and big business change the names around over time - my friends and I just call these super groceries "Giant Animal" now! I was a bit disappointed when Giant Eagle closed their location on Fifth Avenue at Grandview Avenue. In a relatively close timeframe Giant Eagle also closed a location in Victorian Village. Although I usually have another go-to grocery store, sometimes I stop by this location for a few things. For a Giant Eagle, it's not bad! The parking lot is huge but can fill up during the popular times. The one perk of having such a large store is that most areas aren't crowded even if there are a lot of people shopping.
