The Giant Eagle on West Broad Street in Lincoln Village is my "go to" grocery store as well as the pharmacy. The employees are always so helpful and kind. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because of the questionable characters that sometimes sit outside of the store and beg for money. This is a pretty good Giant Eagle. The produce is usually fresh. The staff can be rude at times but for the most part they are nice. Its in a convenient location so if you like to do all your grocery shopping at once it is nice because Kroger is across the street.

Whereas the Giant Eagle food section is very nice, the "service" at the pharmacy, for vaccines, leaves a lot to be desired. There doesn't seem to be a system for getting people in and out, expeditiously. There is one person who administers the vaccines, and she determines when she will give them. People are kept waiting excessively, and they are not informed when they will be called. In my case, I waited over one hour for a routine vaccination.
