Really love the north market and it’s options so also really love the ramen for the quick service and the quality of the food. Overall good ramen and super quick. Really warms the stomach
Perfect winter day ramen! For a quick meal, stop by this place and grab some ramen. I had the miso ramen. The broth was savory and the char sui pork has a nice char. The noodles were al dente giving the perfect chew.

The food was excellent and had a deep rich flavor. I had the miso ramen and my brother had the tonkatsu. We also ordered the kay age and the dumplings. Both were very good but the kayage with its sauce was the better of the two. Staff was polite, service was fast, and the dining area was clean.Note that this is located inside the market and not in a stand alone brick and mortor.The market is a very neat place.
