Laid back atmosphere and real clean nice service and fair prices.I hear the dishes are quite spicy, I got the lowest number and it was pretty mild (like I’d prefer), but also flavorful. I got tofu and it was a good quality tofu so I was pleased with it.My partner got the drunken noodles and they looked very good I’d probably order that next time or the Banh mi sandwich with fries.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options and tofu available for a protein. Generally vegetable forward.“
“We celebrated a special occasion today at sidebar and it was amazing! Chef Felipe prepared a special dinner for us which we ordered with 24 hours advance notice. Paella! It was the most amazing meal I have ever eaten! Not only was the food spectacular but the service was amazing also! we would definitely recommend sidebar Columbus!“
“This place is very nice inside. They have a good gluten free selection. The waiter gave me a whole pitcher of tea, that was nice. The atmosphere was kind of like being in Italy and it was very clean and fancy. They definitely gave great service. It seems like a good place for a date or family time. The prices were not that high either. They made me a gluten free pizza and free GF bread.Dietary restrictions: They have a pretty extensive gluten free menu that is clearly marked on the main menu, a plus for me.“
“Plate's Meats over Rice is the real deal! The Chicken over Rice (my favorite) is so good! The chicken is well cooked and tastes great!I can't forget the rice and the sauce...fabulous!! “I love this place. That being said, there was an odor we noticed that was a bit unpleasant. It was raining that evening so maybe the sewers were having an issue but the smell was not good. I think we adjusted to it because it seemed stronger when we first sat down and then we didn't really notice it after some time passed. The food/drinks were great and I always recommend this place.“
“This is the restaurant that made me fall in love with Indian food! One of our favorites in the short north and never have been disappointed. The dishes are unique and delicious and the cocktails are a highlight. Always have to get the chili cheese naan (do it!) and paan clouds cocktail.“
“We went in for our anniversary dinner as we heard that their sushi is amazing. Its not the place to go, if you want to have a quiet dinner, with some romatic music but it is lively and happening. It has very nice view, as its name suggests. And the service is top class. Our waitress did a wonderful job in attending to our needs. They accomodated us really well and I would most definately go back to try rest of the food and drinks soon. Great place to go with group of friends.Only thing I did not like was Martinis but our waitress helped out with something else I like.“
“This place is up there for one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. We visited Ohio and were told to give this a try and so we did. I normally take pictures of my food and I am SO sad that I didn’t on this night. I simply enjoyed every single bite.The drinks/cocktails were amazing. Our waitress was incredibly nice. “I stopped in here for dinner while in the area. I sat at the bar and luckily it was during the 4-6pm happy hour. The staff was great and personable. I had a couple glasses of wine and the Caesar salad was fantastic! Big portion and the good white anchovies (not the dehydrated gray ones from a can). Fantastic. I also had the happy hour potatoes and mussels. Both were fantastic and the sauces were on point. I will definitely return.“
“Cave is one of the best clubs in town, I also like the fact how from time to time they provide free dance lesson and drink specials. I have met a lot of wonderful people who I became friends with at the club. The bartenders the bottle girls all the staff starting from the owner and his wife and some family members that work there also wonderful people and they greet you every single time I celebrate my birthday there last year and I will do it again this year they truly know how to run a business. “This place has a very cool vibe, great place for a date. It kind of feels like you’re in a jazz prohibition club. The drink menu has fun cocktails, but if none are to your liking then the bartender can make anything at your request. They have a VERY limited food menu, although very good. I do recommend eating before the show. The seating is very limited so try to make reservations earlier than later. I came earlier than the show time due to parking and time of day, and they would not let me enter even though there were open seats and I had a reservation for the show in ten minutes. They also only have two restrooms in there so finding a time to go between the other patrons can get stressful. With me not being well versed in jazz, I just went a random night and was not too much of a fan of the artist. Even with the neat atmosphere, a mediocre performer can ruin the vibe. When I went a lot of people were talking as well and the staff did nothing about it so it was hard to hear the performer too. I would definitely go back and give it another try with another performer.Parking: Parking on the street if you can find it or garage several blocks over.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: I did not notice an elevator, but the venue is down a flight of stairs.“
