“Let me tell it to you straight—this place is IT! I stopped by for the first time today and had their Trippin' On Shrooms burger and when I say it had SO. MUCH. FLAVOR! The fries were fresh, the pickles were thick cut, and the lions mane was JUICY and THICK! Yeah, this food is most definitely made with love. If you're trying to go vegan, the T.O.S is the way to go. Heck, even if you're not and you try something else, they're gonna get you right. Highly, highly recommend!“
“Always great food and service. I usually get the veggie burrito (which is massive and very good) but I recently got the A la Diabla and that was amazing, good flavor and very spicy. My friend always gets the birria tacos and says they're the best birria around.“
“WHAT an experience ! The perfectly flavored food, meticulously detailed (and delicious) drinks, and especially attentive service made for a remarkable experience ! Trust the Sueño staff and their pairings and savor every bit of this 5-star night out to eat… what a Treat ! ?Special shout to Laken, Ezra, Julisa, Olive, Lucas, Isiah, and the incredible culinary masterminds for hitting every note and you’re one of a kind excellence tonight !“
“A taste of home. It's a shame I just found out about this place and it's been right by my house for almost a year.Vegetarian options: Just don't add any meats to your order options. Great with or without the meats. No lie..“
“Always a great place to find great meat and produce along with a large selection of drinks, seasonings, and snacks that are hard to find. The staff is always helpful even if you do not speak spanish. Some of the best produce and meat in the beavercreek and riverside area“
“This is the best food you can get in dayton/tipp. Seasoned well, and a lot of options. The only problem I have is the price. 2019 it was $22 for alambre fajitas for two. 2022 it was $30 dollars for the same. Now 2024 its almost $40 for the same for 2. My God, I used to eat this once a month at least. Now I eat it once a year at best. Everyone can say it's just what happened due to inflation but I'm a realist. Restaurants will close because of these price hikes and it will be sad to see the ones we all love become a statistic.“
“So yesterday was the first time that I went to their little taco stand and I'm actually mad at myself for taking so long to try I suggest for anyone to go there I don't know how to pronounce it but I got the steak Tonga something like that smashed it and wanted more and it's huge what are those places that the food so good that when you're eating it even when you're full you still can't stop eating it yeah go there and enjoy it“
“Everything I’ve had here is S-tier. We keep going back for the tortas, though. Even my super picky kids request them all the time - with everything on them! Also, the food is a great value for what you get, in terms of quality and quantity. The folks who run the truck are always super nice to me. I’ve paid before and after I get my food, which seems to depend on how busy they are more than anything.Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area - and worth the drive if you’re not!“
“They change the prices to whatever they want to charge you. One person charged me $23 every time and another person charges me $25.88 every time for the same exact meal. They don’t give receipts for cash purchases, which seems very suspect to me.Today I paid with the card just so I can have a receipt and he did not want to give that to me.“
“The food, the service, and the pricing were quite good. Regarding the bill, I was very surprised by a "pop tax" of 5.75% on an ice tea and a similar "alcohol tax" on a bottle of beer -- in addition to the usual sales tax. What in the world is this? There's no such tax imposed by the state of Ohio. Also had a margarita during happy hour at a reduced price, but my wife had a "virgin" margarita (no alcohol) and was charged the regular full price. ???“
“Simply put, the BEST and most AUTHENTIC hispanic-inspired food I have had in years, and I am very picky when it comes to this style of cuisine. Everything was fresh, authentically prepared, and served with a knowledgeable and friendly demeanor - these folks are true culinary experts offering amazing tastes, I’m surprised they aren’t selling their chips and salsa on retail shelves, that’s how good it was!I can’t say enough about how positive every aspect of my experience at Napales was, visit them frequently, you can tell they put their heart into every order!“
“BEST truck in Dayton, OH. I’ve been to every truck and this trucks food is the most flavorful from its salsas to the food itself. They’re gorditas and the right balance of soft with a bit of a crunch to the outside. The meat is full of flavors. Both the green and red sauces are packed with flavors. (Sometimes a truck will have great tasting food but their sauces are lacking in flavor, not this truck)Make sure to try their side of Mexican rice. It’s top notch. No matter what you order I can guarantee it will be packed with mouth watering flavor that will have you coming back weekly.Only con: it’s cash only. Never carried cash before but now I make sure to have some on me.“
“Great place to go! I came while on vacation and was not disappointed. The tortas were amazing and the grill burgers were only like 2 bucks and a great burger! I love this place and it has amazing people working and they are super friendly! 5/5 place to eat.“
“This taqueria has been around for almost 20 years. I started coming here as a teenager, and it has been so good to me through the years. Even today, they will serve me the best tacos I've ever eaten, better than all the ones they've served me before. Very cheap. I even wish they would raise their prices. They deserve a raise, so tip well. Never too crowded, food comes out quickly. Salsas are prepared fresh -- some days the verde is spicy, other days it's a bit milder. I love that. Nowadays, I don't think I have to tell anyone that a truly good taco is a simple dish served with raw onion, cilantro, and a spritz of lime, but that is how you should order it. You are denying yourself by ordering the americano taco. Okay... you're allowed to throw some of the salsa on there, too, as a treat. The al pastor is out of this world. The chorizo is crispy and not too heavy. Pairs well with the tamarind jarritos.“
“Took food to go our bill was $59 with our drinks got to our destination when we took our food from the bag part of our order was missing but was given a fajita platter what disappointed not to get what I ordered even though that fajita platter was good except for the ratio of meat wasn't that good for the price...“
“They serve authentic Mexican food. The servings are large, the food is always hot and Absolutely delicious ? Every Tuesday it's Taco Tuesday that's when you can get thier delicious Chicken or beef tacos for $1.50 each. ( Dine in only) You can't go wrong with their over stuffed tacos ❣️The service is Absolutely Great they have very friendly staff. They all seem to really enjoy being there taking care of their customers. It's a wonderful place to take your whole family or to take a date. Friendly atmosphere lots of smiles all around! I have been more than once and definitely will return to dine again.Parking: There are plenty of places to park. Right in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Children are most welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance for wheel chairs. No automatic doors however.“
“Complete Mexican supermarket. The fresh meat section is big. All fresh produce is large and in good storage shape. All you need is here. Large frozen section. Beer cave inside. Completely stocked with many selections of different packaged or canned products. There is also a restaurant inside that is very clean.“
“Taco Tuesday was controlled chaos... seriously... everyone was hustling about and getting the job done ?Food was hot and tasty ?Went again today with my son. We both had the luncheon chicken fajitas. Simply delicious!!Stopped by today... the place was decorated for Cinco Demio and Mother's Day... very festive.Hadn't been there for awhile. Still great service and tasty food.“
“A little strange to have a beautiful restaurant in the back of a Hispanic supermarket but it's truly a beautiful atmosphere. My friend and I met for lunch and were immediately greeted by a very friendly server who sat us and brought chips and salsa. They were your pretty standard chips with salsa, little boring but alright. We ordered the Chorizo queso as an appetizer. Unfortunately my pic didn't turn out but it was very thin for queso. It tasted great but was definitely thin. It struck me during ordering that while this is a cool restaurant it's definitely not authentic. I had the Fajita Chimichanga. I didn't see on the menu that it was covered in a queso. It was tasty and yes I know chimichangas aren't authentic but there didn't seem to be many truly authentic dishes on the menu. Overall, lunch was great and I'd definitely return and recommend, just wish they would've had some truly authentic Mexican dishes on the menu.“
“(Translated by Google) My wife was delighted and so was I because the food is delicious as if you were in your country the attention of the gentlemen is the best blessings for them I recommend you visit this place you will not regret it chicks with slices and a very good price(Original)Mi esposa quedó encantada y yo también pues la comida es riquísima como si estuvieras en tu país la atención de los señores es la mejor bendiciones para ellos les recomiendo visiten este lugar no se arrepentirán pollitos con tajada y muy buen precioParking: Suficiente espacio y seguroWheelchair accessibility: Amplio y parejo para silla de ruedas“
“My son and I got an ice cream, ice cream bar (she customized with chocolate dip and coconut for me) and the churros. All tastes amazing! I can only imagine the rest of the menu, ugh so much to choose from and the price is great too! We will be back.“
“The service was ok there was a language barrier and if you're not offered a dessert or any kind of appetizers you're supposed to get one free well I mentioned it but I had to go and wasn't able to stick around but they didn't want to honor that so I didn't get my dessert or my appetizer and I spend about $125 but the food was awesome service could stand to be just a little better but they weren't too bad yes I would go back.“
“We had just the best experience at El Toro on N. Fairfield last night! I had chicken nachos with beans and asked for the vegetables to come on the side. Everything was served beautifully and it was delicious and fresh. Our server was delightful and the manager came by a couple of times to check in. I’ve had some pretty “meh” Mexican food lately, but El Toro always comes through!“
“The food was great. I had a vegetarian meal. More than enough, hot and delicious.Service to the table was odd, he never spoke to us, he sat us down and walked away. We felt like leaving. You can tell they are trying to fix things, walls and ceiling. I hope they clean a little better. The prices were good.We will go back. The food was delicious.Vegetarian options: I enjoyed my meal.Parking: Ample parking and it was clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access.“
“Great hole in the wall bar alongside Elsa's menu, there really isn't much else to say. Bartenders are and always have been fantastic at this location for me personally, and even when they are slammed with people, food comes out lightning quick. Between the Wilmington Pike location and here, I can't decide which is better.“
“Perhaps my favorite Mexican restaurant I've been to in Dayton (and there are some good ones).Food:I ordered most recently the Chilaquiles Con Huevo Y Bistek Asado (pictured below). It was awesome. Thinly sliced (flank?) Steak cooked well, with nice slightly crispy edges and a good sear. Eggs were sunny side up and tasty. The meat and eggs were served on top of a nice bed of tortilla chips with lots of cilantro, cotija cheese, and I believe lime juice. Rice and refried beans were served on the side and quite good. There are other variants of this, along with huevos rancheros on the menu. The visit prior to this one, I ordered a pambazo (amazing) and an al pastor sope (also amazing) along with some horchata. A note on the horchata: you get your money's worth ($5 for a huge mason jar of it, I think at least a quart?) for the horchata, and it's easily in the top 2 homemade quality horchatas I've had. Definitely worth it.Pro tip: ask for their hot salsa to go with the chips & salsa. It's good. They normally bring out a roja and a Verde salsa, so the spicy one appears to be 'hidden' and complimentary (or priced such that I didn't notice any real increase in the bill).Customer service:Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is happy to offer recommendations for menu items and such. The food was prepared and at our table in a timely manner, and accurately. Seating is DIY, so choose your seat as you wish. No issues to be had.Note: you pay at the front desk when done eating, and they seem to keep track of the items ordered on their end. So, you pay before you get your printed receipt, if that makes sense. Just a heads up, so you don't wait around thinking a bill will arrive.A very nice restaurant with lots of menu options and doesn't skimp on the flavor.10/10, ¡Mi restaurante Mexicano favorito!Vegetarian options: Dishes with meat are clearly marked as containing meat, at least in Spanish (pollo, barbacoa, bistek, chorizo etc.), so dishes without such labels can typically safely be assumed to be vegetarian. There are lots of vegetarian options, ranging from tacos and burritos to enchiladas. I haven't tried it, but I wouldn't doubt that substitutions can be made to remove meat from most any dish.Parking: Parking spaces are not super clearly marked, but there is ample space to park at the front of the restaurant (facing the road) or other spots facing the building at the front or side.“
