The city of Dayton, Ohio, doesn't have much verity as far as fresh cooked to order seafood. Not only do they cook it in store, you can take fresh seafood home and cook it yourself. I like that option, but hands down some of the best seafood you'd ever put in your mouth. The King Crab Leggs are to die for. The employees are very friendly and take time to remember what and how you like your food prepared, and if you're a fish sandwich fan, especially for lunch, then...
Love, love, love Dayton Fish. We've always purchased fish to take home and cook. We had th fry out catfish filets and OMG. They were perfect. We bought 2 dinners that came with cole slaw, fries, hush puppies, tartar sauce and 3 filets.Service was great and we will be back very soon for more.They have a good selection of fresh fish, shrimp, etc. Check out their frozen section as well. Their clam strips are ridiculously good.
I really enjoy the food. It’s the owner nasty attitude that makes it hard to go here sometimes, I understand working with the public can be challenging but being nasty and snappy to customers isn’t helpful for business. Sometimes we as human need to learn when we get frustrated we need to step away and reset or maybe he don’t need to take orders ?
