Perhaps my favorite Mexican restaurant I've been to in Dayton (and there are some good ones).Food:I ordered most recently the Chilaquiles Con Huevo Y Bistek Asado (pictured below). It was awesome. Thinly sliced (flank?) Steak cooked well, with nice slightly crispy edges and a good sear. Eggs were sunny side up and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place was. Food was incredibly good and wasn’t too expensive either. My fiancé and I were looking for a new place to try and stumbled on this gem! Staff are really friendly and atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!Parking: The parking lot is a bit small but we didn’t have a problem finding a spot.

Went to El Gallo for the time this evening, but it won’t be the last. The food was amazing! I had chicken street tacos and mini quesadillas-so good!The restaurant is family owned and operated, and they are the sweetest people. It’s obvious they care about their customers.If you haven’t checked this place out-you need to!
