Do NOT miss this amazing little independent restaurant! The food here is incredibly flavorful, clean, and plentiful! The prices are perfectly matched to their offerings and portion sizes. This place is set up much like your Chipotle/HotHead place, but the food offerings are all from India and cannot be more different! You can choose your spice level as well. I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times and their food is consistently good! This has become one of my favorite restaurants. They also have a good range of Vegetarian options. The food is delicious, they’re quite generous with proportions so it’s really worth it, and I highly recommend everyone tries it out. The staff is also very kind.

The Twist is always a great experience. I have gotten numerous menu items and everything is delicious. Too tier customer service. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is great about explaining the items to people who have not eaten much Indiana food. They have something for everyone, but especially great choices for Vegetarians.
