“🌹 Rosebuds in Delaware, Ohio – A Hidden Gem That Delighted Me Beyond My Wildest Dreams! 🌹 ⭐️ 9.2/10 If you’re looking for a dining experience that feels like a hug from your grandmother mixed with the elegance of European-style pacing and service, Rosebuds is your next stop. This charming little spot took me by surprise—from the nostalgia of vintage Pfaltzgraff dishes and familiar silverware patterns, to an eclectic menu full of global inspiration. Italian, Greek, American classics, Nashville hot chicken, fresh Maine-style lobster rolls, and a cheeseburger that could hold its own in any high-end bistro. Here’s what we tried: 🍽 Whipped Feta Dip – Creamy, dreamy , and so flavorful. We ran out of veggies before we ran out of dip, but the incredible staff noticed and brought more without us even asking. THAT is service. 🍽 Chicken Parmesan – Fresh pasta and a spicy vodka sauce that was plated beautifully with fresh basil you tear at the table (very European). A few bites of the chicken were tough and should have been trimmed, but overall the dish was still delicious. 🍽 Nashville Hot Chicken – Crispy, zingy, and on par with what you’d find in Tennessee. They even accommodated my cabbage allergy by putting the slaw on the side—love that flexibility! 🍽 Lobster Roll – Small, yes, but packed with flavor. I could have used a bit more butter and lemon, but it still brought me right back to a beach trip in Maine. 🍽 Lemon Pepper Steak – I was skeptical… now I’m a believer. Each bite had us literally oohing and aahing. So well done! 🍽 The Cheeseburger – Melted white cheese in all its ooey-gooey glory. A showstopper. Seriously, this might set a new bar for burgers. 💫 The cocktails? Expertly crafted. Whether you’re kicking off your evening or winding it down, the drink menu delivers. Most importantly—the pacing and service were flawless. It reminded me of dining in Europe, where you’re not rushed, your meal unfolds intentionally, and the experience matters just as much as the food. It’s something I’ve really missed in the local dining scene lately, and Rosebuds got it 100% right. 🚨 One heads up: the restaurant wasn’t open when I stopped by on a Thursday, so it’s best to check ahead. Also, while the food is divine, a couple of dishes felt slightly overpriced for their portion sizes—especially when listed as “big plates.” But that intimacy, that charm, and that level of service? It made it all worth it. We’ve now been three times—and I can honestly say this place is delightful and charming.”

“I went into the Restoration Brew Worx this past week and it was a great experience. I go here often for comfort food and good drinks, maybe once every 2-3 months. And every time, it's wonderful! I have not had a complaint once. Everyone is so friendly and you will see a lot of familiar faces! I love to get wine here, but if I feel like drinking a beer, it's a cider - and they have some amazing ones. Some are seasonal, but it's worth it to stop in and try. As for food, I usually get the nachos or a sub. Which are really good. But this time, I chose to try to big girl grilled cheese, with added bacon. That toasted bread and cheese is so good! You can also add apples if you want, which I didn't, but I regret not doing that, because I'm sure it adds a lot. So I'll have to do that next time! They also have some specials, like this smash burger. The meat was so flavorful and delicious. Also, I think that their fries are my favorite from any local restaurant. They are so crispy and well seasoned. I never eat all my fries but I cleared my plate this time! The atmosphere in here is so joyful and friendly too, I would give it a try if you haven't yet.”

“First parking I parked over by the police station in the public parking. There are lots that have public parking around the area, but there is not parking directly attached to this building. The bingo here was fun and engaging. Atmosphere was lively. You should get here earlier in the night because the place is kind of small so it fills up fast. The flat bread was really good, but this is more bar-esque with less food options. Come here with friends if you want to have a fun night with drinks.”

“First time my wife and have been able to eat here due to road closures. I will have to say that the experience was amazing. The food was top notch. We walked in and was seated immediately our waitress was busy so it took a few minutes to order drinks and appetizer however that was the only wait there was. Our appetizer came out before we realized it and was delicious. When our food arrived it looked amazing and was piping hot. The waitress was on point the entire time. Will definitely be back to eat again!!!”

“We had the gyro and it was very good, but they were very light on the meat. The beer selection was not very good, but if you’re into whisky, this place is definitely second to none. They do have a bunch of beer tap handles that aren’t being used, so hopefully the selection will improve soon.”

“Okay listen… I’m not even a “wing person.” Like, at all. But somehow I’ve found myself in a committed relationship with the Nashville Hot wings from here—we’re talking at least once a week kind of hooked. 🔥🍗 They’re crispy, spicy, and somehow life-changing? Basically, if you see me on a random Wednesday, odds are I’m elbows-deep in a basket of them. And don’t even get me started on their Stromboli. We’ve done the “tour de Stromboli” around here and this one takes the crown. Cheesy, loaded, and baked just right—honestly, it ruined all the other Strombolis for me. So yeah, wings for the wing-hater, Stromboli fit for royalty… 10/10 recommend. Just don’t beat me there when I’m picking mine up. 😅”

“I did not eat but just a tourist passing through this is such a cool place. Middle of Ohio and it’s got sand and volleyball courts. Karaoke night and they can actually sing, unlike my home town. People were pleasant. Great night life. Photo shows no people because they were all at the bar!”

“Cute little ice cream shop in Delaware. Traffic is awful through this town, by the way, but the flavor combinations here kinda make up for it. Mostly soft serve, some sorbet choices. They had a couple hand dipped flavors as well.
I got a twist of blueberry/lemon sorbet. It was very nice.
Looked like plenty of outdoor seating and plenty of parking for this popular spot.”

“This location actually cares about their customers which is new to me. Most businesses don’t care that they’re charging so much for coffee and each visit will be a hit or miss on how the coffee tastes. Every other time I’ve gone here my drink has been great. This one time it just tasted like only milk so I reached out to caribou and the manager personally emailed me almost right away asking to remake my drink. I appreciate the caring message he sent and will definitely be returning to get my drink re made. :)”

“Drove an hour to visit a local tattoo shop, walking out the smell of the food drew us to try Joy’s… DEST DECISION EVER! The food was exactly what I look for in Chinese food! It’s hard to find a place around that reminds me of what I ate when I was younger. Needless to say, I looked at my husband 3 bites in and told him any time he wants Chinese food, we can drive the hour there. 10/10 on both food and service. The cashier was so awesome and had an amazing sense of humor! The owner was there and was absolutely wonderful!”

“My boyfriend and I have ordered through doordash Gabby's 3 separate times now , out of which the pizzas we got were all amazing , made correct , to order , was hot . However each time we requested no parmesan cheese shake and it's been on the pizza every single time , and im allergic to that cheese , as well as every time I've ordered hot chicken wings with ranch sauce . The wings all 3 occasions came burnt . Barely sauced , and they forgot my ranch two out of 3 visits. Good if your going for pizza in my experience , but I'll pass on wings since I've gotten burnt charred wings every time. I wish they would read no parmesan shake and follow instructions as well as many times I literally had to scrape 90% of toppings off to not have allergic reaction or take Benadryl. I shouldn't have to take Benadryl to you enjoy Pizza when I ordered it without parmesan.”

“The Dragon House is recommend on several of the "best of" sites. Many of the sites write about the delicious food and the large portions for a reasonable price. What impressed us the most was the wonderful waitress. She answered our questions and carried on a conversation throughout our meal. We plan to go back to visit her as much as try sometime else on the menu.”

“Came here to Delaware for a chill night with some drinks, found a fun little dive bar! Close to a OWU so watch out for college kids on the weekends, but still not a bad vibe at all.

CHEAP and Yummy drinks! (They pour decent here!) Not too much to do unless they are hosting an event like karaoke. Really just a good spot to chat and drink! They do have a touch-tunes! (Everyone can pay to queue up music!)

“Listen. They're Fine. If time is really important to you, order ahead through the app. I've been ordering here once a week minimum for almost a year, and as someone with chronic pain, it's been an absolute godsend. It's been great to have a reliable and pretty affordable (for the disabled tax 😞) source of protein, fresh fruit, and a breakfast wrap when I can't manage to feed myself in the mornings before work. I've only had an issue one time when there happened to be a staffing issue causing them to open late, but it was super easy and quick to go in and have my order made later in the day. The staff have been very attentive.

I won't be working nearby anymore, so I will be visiting less often, but I still recommend them, especially if you're someone like me with trouble accessing healthy food due to time or disability or whatever. Definitely recommend using the app, too; it's easy to order and customize what you need, and the points are worth saving up for free food or smoothies (and I love the free additive for when I can't manage to make coffee at home!). Just wanted to leave a review from another food service worker! ☺️ I appreciate y'all.”
