“Great food and friendly service”

Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

“Usually pretty good but this last time i went the burgers were older. Can tell cause they get darker and more salty. Fries were soggy, cold and gressy. Cheese sauce was off too. The wait time has also increased which surprised us more considering the conditions of our food. Low marks but usually like stated it's pretty good. So mid rating“
