“Nice place. Very nice employees here. They have a separate section for darts with a few pool tables. The section on the right has primarily pool tables in it. There is a menu. Pizza, a few sandwich options as well as finger foods here. The pizza was surprisingly good. If you go during a league night, just remember there will be limited tables but still should have room to accommodate smaller parties.“

“We had a really good experience here. The place is big so can seat a lot of people. We arrived at dinner time on taco Tuesday and were immediately seated. The waiter was prompt and personable. Our food was delicious. My only complaint is they charge $8 for about a cup of guacamole. It's really good, but come on, have you been to Blue Agave? The short north location is significantly better. Our waiter was amazing, and the service was wonderful, but stellar service does not make up for poor food. The Burrata is what we always share together, and this time the tomatoes tasted like a bitter salsa. The meatball in my pasta was undercooked so much that it just mashed into a bolus of meat slurry, and my wife got the ravioli mezzaluna that was a salty mess with the texture of mashed potatoes. Please do better, we love this restaurant and we want to go here, but we won't be back to this location until the food improves. Bradley was our waiter, and he was amazing, and the drinks were great.“

He was on it with the drinks!!! I didn't like how he was taking a shot here and there but he was very attentive to the customers! “Nice place to grab a pizza and listen to some outdoor music. However, they ONLY have pepperoni or cheese pizza and Cesar salad as food. That’s it. Period. Would be nice if they at least had subs or something else if you’re not in the pizza mood. Also, many patrons do not respect the smoking guidelines. Dining is outdoors but it is bothersome to have someone smoking right where you’re eating.“

“We attended a very low-key wedding at this location. They did a wonderful job accommodating us and making sure we had everything we need. The food was incredible. It was a great way to break up the day and relax and play pool to any other vendor. We also got to bring our “flower girl” who is a dog. “I would like to see the bartenders to be able to control or at least have some type of control over patrons that come in they’re arguing and making threats to the person they’re arguing with. Last night there was two people in there and they were in the middle isles when you come closer to the front door. One of the two people that were arguing was making threats to the other person, saying that he will kill him. He will shoot him. The bartender does nothing at all nothing. The bartender called out the wrong person loudly thought that called the police. Police came in and everybody got quiet. Safety should be number one at all times if somebody’s gonna argue, making threats and threatens to shoot the person that they are arguing with in the bar be put out and or the police called . The bartender has a responsibility to the bar and protect the patrons. This did not happen, there should be some type of protocol in place that all the bartenders need to adhere to when something of this nature happens. There was also two killings last year at two close bars we don’t need to have it at The Rock!!!!“

Even though I could only be here for two days… people will give looks when you say Ruckmoor but I’m from Cleveland and I don’t think it’s anything but friendly and a welcoming crowd especially if you like to have open conversations about anything nobody looks at you wrong! Drinks are cheap and made just as good as top tier as any upscale bar around Columbus! They also have daily deals vs other only certain days! Love this place!!!!!!“
