“Place was absolutely slammed with post church crowds when we went, but thanks to excellent management and really hard working employees everything from ordering to receiving food was extremely quick and easy. The manager took our order, and was super gracious about a gluten free dietary need in our party. He was very proud to let us know they were one of the only fast food chains to offer a gluten free burger, with a safely packaged gluten free bun and a burger prepared on a clean grill. “Had a good experience today at the Lane Avenue Piada. All the employees were super nice. It is unfortunate they cannot accept tips though. I thought the card reader would ask for a tip, it didnt. I tried to give cash and was told they could not accept tips. Sad, because they deserve it! As a server I live on tips and want to reward great customer service which they gave with tips! The location is very nice, with several other restaurants and shops and plentiful parking shared between them. The restaurant itself has a very nice patio (though we did wonder why all of the fans on the patio were running in nearly 0 degree weather, ha!) and good seating on the inside, as well. The decor was cool with several disco balls across the center of the area. We ordered several combos, including some sandwich combos and a kids combo, plus an extra side of Texas Toast, because that's a favorite, of course. “I love coming here. First of all as soon as you enter you're always greeted, the place is always very clean, and they play the best music. Then the workers are usually the same bunch, they always seem to remember me and they are fast and efficient. I ask for alot of special stuff and they are happy to go out of their way to do it. For example my 3 year old loves meat meatball subs but I used to have to take apart her sandwich to chop her meatballs so she could fit them in her mouth.
