Even offered to hold my baby at the table next to me so I could eat. This made experience made me feel so welcome and not like I was a nuisance. You have a real one on your waitstaff. “it's a beautiful venue. The food is good. The service was moderate. All of our drinks did not come out at the same time. Some of our food was not cooked to order and had to be sent back. we were given some misinformation about some of the items on the menu, which we only found out because one of our party knew someone who works there. ”

“Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible”

“A group of work friends went to Roosters for dinner after work. The staff was friendly and courteous and did not make us feel rushed at all. They allowed us time to just talk while we waited for everyone to arrive and didn't rush us out the door as soon as we finished eating. The food was delicious, and with the friendly staff, I'd absolutely recommend Roosters.”

“Why Why Why would you guys get rid of fresh cut fries!! The new fries are not doing it AT ALL! The fresh cut fries are a big reason I come in for a quick lunch. Fries are a significant part of a persons meal. I will significantly reduce the amount of time I come in for lunch. The meats are still good and will continue to purchase for get togethers at home.”

“I order no contact delivery. The driver was standing in front of the door waiting for us to open the door for maybe a minute. He then texted me and told me to get my order or it would be canceled. After we got the order he had to come back to have us sign the receipt. The text was unnecessary.”

“My four year old son and I met my cousin here for a coffee date on a Tuesday at 10 a.m. There were only 2 red velvet cookies for sale and my son loved them, the other two were chocolate and he didn't like them, I took them home and the other kids didn't like them either. My son was def being a high energy boy that day and I felt relaxed and welcome even tho he was rearranging furniture and jumping around. There were other kids running around/crying, etc....so it's a good place to go with littles. My cousin mentioned that the gal who waited on her didn't smile or seem very friendly ....the gal who waited on me was very friendly tho and smiled and chatted....we bought our coffees separately, from different staff. My coffee ( almond joy) was really good and I thought the price was also really good. All in all it was a fine experience, didn't blow us away but wasn't bad at all either. I'll prob try them again ( it's half way between my cousin's house and mine) and see what we think about our second visit. Parking was easy, it's free street parking, in a cute, clean, old downtown looking part of town.”

“We stopped in tonight, they were busy but only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess was very sweet as was the bartender. Our waitress was Macie and she was SO sweet and so amazing. Also have to note that the manager (I think she said his name was David or Dave) was busting his butt, taking care of everything from seating to bussing tables. This time I ordered 3x pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza and it didn't seem like there was much more than the normal amount. The pizza was still delicious, but I would have liked more pineapple. I feel like like a lot of people don’t about the lower level which has 2 pool tables and cornhole! This place checks all the boxes for me. I was having such a good time, I forgot my favorite jacket. “So yesterday, my husband and I came through this particular White Castle drive-thru and I'm telling you... these were the best jalapeño cheeseburgers we've ever had from any White Castle EVER. They were hot, fresh and the cheese was so...cheesy. Idk how to explain but they were amazing, and I've had them from many different locations in and out of Ohio.
The young lady working the window was very polite and friendly as well. She took our order without issue and had a smile waiting when we pulled around to pay.
It was so good that we just Uber'd another 10 pack from this location, with a couple smoothies. Thanks, guys and gals! Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌”

My husband and I went for dinner tonight and I’m very particular about what I order due to me having a pineapple allergy. Pineapple ended up in my food…. I’ve been spending the last few hours nursing my reaction….. I’ve never experienced this at an El Vaquero before. Aside from this experience El Vaquero is a great place to eat, food is delicious!”

“This was our first time at Tammy's on Hoover. We were there at lunch time and the lone worker, Mitchell, was busy but still very friendly and helpful. We had The Works pizza and really liked it. I enjoyed the crispness of the shell. We ordered at the counter and were served at our table. Bottled soft drinks are available out of a cooler.”

“my girlfriend introduced me to this lovely little place about 2 years ago, she raved about their thai iced tea and i’d never had it before! after i’d tried it, we naturally became frequent regulars. the only thing that seems to make me feel better when im down is thai and crab rangoon; siam has yet to fail me :’) they are always so kind and appreciative of our company and have lately started to recognize us! today my childhood dog crossed the rainbow bridge. i found out about an hour before they closed and in tears my girlfriend ordered it online and drove me the 20 minutes to grove city to pick it up. when she came out, the sweet lady had given us a cute little pink tea (i’ve yet to try but i already know its delicious) she told my girlfriend that she had assumed it was us so she gave it to us as a gift. she even color coded the straws!!! I instantly started crying again and even harder. thank you thank you thank you. you have no idea how much that simple little action meant to me <3”

“On 8/24/25 after spending the whole day doing wedding prep or getting married, anyone after ceremony was invited to get pizza/dinner afterwards with us. We went to Pizza Cottage, as it was the closest and best reviewed pizza place. I was not first at the business because we were the last to leave the farm. Despite the waiting for the entire party to arrive… my husband was the last to arrive… the staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure the refills of drinks kept coming and the food was good and came out quickly. They were patient and did not make us feel rushed, despite us being there a little past closing. I am kinda surprised I did not take more pictures at dinner, but I was STARVING. Because we got married in the later evening, it made it trickier to have a venue for a “reception”. This however, turned out to be a great option and a good time was had with our friends and family and good food was had.”
