“I had an incident the other day with the quality of my to go order , i didn’t feel like it was the freshest that i know it could’ve been being that i eat here quite often . Called & spoke with Heidi (manager) , she was very polite & helpful told me they would get it corrected . Stopped in today to grab my order & it was perfect . Heidi was super polite & took all the necessary measures to correct my order & made sure it was to my liking . exactly why this is one of my favorite spots !“
“Smothered pork chops and spaghetti was amazing. Greens didn't even need hot sauce. Everything was well seasoned but not salty. Took a little while but I don't mind waiting for quality food. Good energy from staff. Will definitely be back“

I missed that deal, my lunch could have been $5 I was shocked by this deal, $10 for 3 spicy tendies, waffle fries, and a sweet tea! Not sure if these are the typical prices in Ohio but coming from California I was overwhelmed with joy! This restaurant is located on the second floor within the popular North Market. The restaurant is very spacious and you order yourself at the computer. There were no workers to greet me or guide me in the ordering process which did make it a bit awkward. Food: I loved everything! The "hot level" was not hot for me so I had to order the next heat level. The waitress was very nice and brought me the next heat level sauce at no extra charge! The heat level "holy" is perfect for those that enjoy a kick. The house ranch was my favorite! It paired the hot chicken perfectly and was flavorful. The waffle fries were crispy and generous. Sweet tea was delicious and I loved that they also have an unsweetened option, I did 75% unsweetened and 25% sweet. Overall, this was tasty and a great deal!“

“This is far and away the best chicken restaurant I've ever been to. All of the staff is amazing, with a special shout-out to Tiffany for being the best hostess I've ever had the pleasure of giving my order to. The Unholy Heat is just that, UNHOLY! I had a small sinus issue before I ordered, and walked out of the restraunt all clear. So, Hot Chicken Takeover apparently cures the common cold! Thanks for everything guys!“
“The employees in this location are so nice and patient. Every time I come in there is a wait (I never mind). From checking out to the kitchen staff everyone is working diligently to fill orders. However I would like to shout out the sweetest Employee DeShawn. Today we went through the drive-through lane, and he allowed me a place three different orders, which was very kind of him! He was also very patient with us as he took our orders, and he was overall pleasant when we got to the window to make payment. There was a busy rush. There were three cars behind us. Our first orders even got messed up and he made sure to have them fixed immediately. And me and my coworkers love this place and today's experience meet us want to come back every time we work in the office. Thank you, DeShawn. Also we always see him anytime we come in and he is the nicest.“
“The food here is amazing, I wish they would bring back the fried cauliflower because that meal was always great. I've been a few times and everyone seems to love the fried chicken, I cannot get enough of their broccoli which I know sounds odd but they put a flavorful sauce on it. Their biscuits are great and the potato cracklins are nice and crispVegetarian options: They now have a quinoa bowl that is delicious and they have some vegetarian sides and appetizers, be aware though alot of the fried foods are cooked in the same oil as the chicken“
“Rye River Social is beautiful inside, but it's the food that keeps us coming back! It was only day 2 of their new brunch menu; and while I missed the monkey bread, I had a horrible time choosing. Everything looked so good! The new menu also did not have the brussel sprouts, but our waitress checked, and the kitchen made them for us! Amazing food and service!“
“Had been there for 2 years. So I was in Hilliard I decided to stop and get something to eat. The waitress is friendly and greeting and I gave her my order. When my order came I didn't get the loaded potato. I didn't say anything I just waited to see if maybe she had forgot to pick it up she had a handful when she delivered the plate. Baked potato never came and I was almost already done with my food. And ask for a refill on my tea which took her 15 minutes and then she didn't even put ice in my cup just poured it from a picture which was warm. She was a little busy. I myself was a waitress a restaurant manager and also had worked Olive garden which you have to be fast on your feet. So I kind of you know that off a little bit. But it didn't realize until I got home that I do believe I was overcharged cuz the meal was 1199 the baked potato was under five the tea was probably three and then I ordered a $5 one to go which doesn't total up to $30. And when I checked out the gentleman didn't give me the receipt so I don't have it.Parking: Cracker barrel in Hilliard has plenty of parking space and for handicap and for takeout. Huge lot which makes it nice.“
