Second time I asked for the double meat to be hot and it was was not, also iwas supposed to have credit from the last time and the store needs to issue that. Didn't know that they used a call center.
I got my order by drive thru. I ordered 2 subs, a pizza, and bread. The subs and pizza were good and fresh, but the bread looked a bit burnt. Overall the food was good and getting the food wasn’t such a hassle.

In the past number of years it seems that not all Donato's locations hold to the high standards for which they are known. This particular location in Hilliard, however, has never disappointed to provide excellent pizza every time. Highly recommended.
