Just wanted to let everyone know this is the best Tim's I've ever been to. The employees are so friendly and fun every time I come through. They go above and beyond. I came to get my usual blueberry Tim's bits, they were out. So they had me wait 5 minutes so they could make a new batch of them just for me. I go to Tim Hortons a lot. I went for lunch today and ordered a Ham & Swiss sandwich MEAL. I pull to the window and pay over $10 and she hands me a sandwich and a drink, NO CHIPS. So I ask her about the chips and she tells me she has to charge me more for the chips! I get back to work and the sandwich was horrible! Barely any Mayo and the bread tasted like it was two weeks old! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Always super fast service, as a young customer service worker I know the feeling of being judged for your age so the young staff here makes me very happy! The only time I had to wait the cashier gave me my donut for free.
