Always super fast service, as a young customer service worker I know the feeling of being judged for your age so the young staff here makes me very happy! The only time I had to wait the cashier gave me my donut for free.

Just wanted to let everyone know this is the best Tim's I've ever been to. The employees are so friendly and fun every time I come through. They go above and beyond. I came to get my usual blueberry Tim's bits, they were out. So they had me wait 5 minutes so they could make a new batch of them just for me. Also my favorite location because their food is always prepared so well, always fresh. That is what outstanding customer service means! I was so pleased that they would even consider doing that for someone. I appreciate every single 1 of them!

it stunk like burnt popcorn and a tiny bit of sewage in there. which I've let go (smells) before but the staff was very rude. so after seeing the bad reviews on top of this I'm guessing it's not just a "bad day". but management doesn't care. someone doesn't care. I'd be surprised if any of the food we picked up was even good. I'm guessing the sewage smell wasn't in the kitchen. I hope not.

I go to Tim Hortons a lot. I went for lunch today and ordered a Ham & Swiss sandwich MEAL. I pull to the window and pay over $10 and she hands me a sandwich and a drink, NO CHIPS. So I ask her about the chips and she tells me she has to charge me more for the chips! I get back to work and the sandwich was horrible! Barely any Mayo and the bread tasted like it was two weeks old! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
