The food is great, the steaks are done perfectly and the staff are all very sweet and attentive, even when it's at full capacity. Coco, thank you for the warm welcome the first night I came in there. “Tried Herman's with my parents this week. I had the fish and chips. 3 pieces of fish. Cooked well but a little small. My mom had the Pierogi meal and she loved it. Definitely a bigger meal. My dad had the BLT. It was big but a little messy for him. Great service and cool bar area. We sat in the upper lounge area with the pool tables. That was below average seating but the lower bar area looked much better. Very pleasant experience overall. Clean, good food and good service.“

I was then asked for my order and well , how do I say this, I ordered a simple burger and then was asked if I wanted to see how they got their beef, I was taken to the back and was then molested by 2-3 of their employees. “The burgers here were really good, but nothing to really write home about. This place had your typical American sports bar atmosphere. The service was pretty fantastic and couldn't really have been better on a fairly busy Wednesday night during a Guardians game. Their tater tots are really good. The kids enjoyed their burgers and mac and cheese. We ordered the Buffalo chicken dip, which was really good, but gave all of us stomach issues it seemed - so I would definitely steer clear of that. Would give them 5 stars if it weren't for that issue.“

“First and second visitWent to eat with my son home from the Navy and the atmosphere was like he was still on the ship with his team, one of the family. Service was second to none! The food was so good my entire work crew ordered it the next week for lunch! I recommend the mozzarella sticks. I’m not sure how you can make those better, but they did! Also it seems any burger because I’ve had the jr burger and jack burger both great! Can’t wait to try the specialty nights they offer!“

We had smoked wings with buffalo sauce and a cheese pizza with a great crispy crust. Definitely a great place if you're in the mood for some cold beer and good bar food.“

“This is a nice little get together place where you can find some tasty food, good drinks and good company.The Nashville hot chicken sandwich came out fresh and crispy but so juicy. I was hesitant at first to try it because usually when people say they have Nashville hot chicken, they usually let it sit in the sauce and it becomes very soggy. Not here. I was pleasantly surprised to know that the chicken was indeed very crispy and a comfortable amount of heat instead of making me run for my drink. The chicken was seasoned correctly and the dressing on the sandwich helped bring everything together.Our server, Hayley is such a sweet woman and she was so attentive to our table. “Was thoroughly disappointed with the service. I walked in around 6:10 and sat down at the bar. I counted and there were 13 then went up to 15 other patrons at the bar with 3 bartenders behind the bar.. I left at 6:30 as not a single one acknowledged that I was there and never offered any service. After being ignored for 20 minutes and watching them take other orders, why would I ever go back? I gladly took my business and money elsewhere, where the bar was far busier and was helped in a minute of sitting down. Horrible service by folks who don't car. Must be because it was my first time there and not a local. SMH.UPDATE: I gave them a second chance as that night could have been a fluke. Was served instantly by a very spirited and fun bartender within a minute or two of sitting down. Was a long day so ordered some food.. dang it was good! “We stopped in here on a whim, on our way to Meijer. Not too busy for a weekend, which was fine by us. They have the huge "tower" drinks and unique common "bar type" foods with a twist. We will definitely be back. Our food was delicious, service was great and drinks (not pictured) were tasty. We would love to try so many other options. Wish there was one closer to Akron or Cuyahoga Falls way.“
