“I had ordered my burger medium rare. When it came out it was rare IMO. So I sent it back. Francesca, our server couldn’t have been nicer about it. I had taken two bites before I decided I just couldn’t do it. I told her to nuke it a minute and it would be perfect. They completely redid the burger, bringing a new one out. I couldn’t believe they did that. A lot of places just send you the same product out, and usually overcooked. ?. Not in this case. Francesca couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. The burger and fries were awesome. You could tell it was made from fresh ground beef and not some preformed frozen patties. The toppings were all fresh and packed high. I had to mash the heck out of it to get it in my mouth. The fries were awesome as well. Done just right. My wife’s burger was cooked to perfection. (She likes well done) and she had hush puppies which were very tasty. I had a cup of clam chowder to try and it too was exceptional. Large chucks of clams in a super tasty broth with celery and carrot. I highly recommend stopping by and trying them for yourself. We will stop by anytime we are close.“

“The hummus was phenomenal. I do not care for hummus. But it looked so good that I had to try it and I even took some home.I had the Reuben gyro it was okay a little greasy but overall I would get it again.We had a large party and our server was phenomenal and kept up with all of our needs and wants.I would say the only complaint we have is one of our people had a glass of beer and there was lipstick all around the rim which no one noticed until he drank half of it. At this point we were getting ready to leave. We just said let me get you a new beer and he said no we're getting ready to leave she said no let me get your new beer. We did end up with a new beer, would have preferred to just take it off our bill.“

The chicken was crisp on the outside with juicy lean chicken.I usually get the “chicken ick” and never finish or pick at my chicken. But the chicken was so lean and clean, i finished my whole meal. I accompanied my tenders with their Ranch. It was not your typical ranch, it had other spices added that really made the meal unique.My mother got a Burger + Fry + Drink Basket with a Single Cheeseburger, She said it was packed with juicy flavour and a soft fresh bun. The pickles are thick cut and fresh.We shared an order of their Onion Ring Basket, They are Giant, thick cut onion rings with a tasteful crunch. “Just tried Wayback for the first time last night via delivery, and it was really tasty! Even with a bit of a mixup on Uber Eats’ end with the delivery driver, the food still held up well and the Sweet Bourbon Bacon Burger, fries, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake were delicious! Not sure about the mixed reviews here, we’ll have to try coming in person sometime and see how it is, but as it stands right now, Wayback is a great addition to a VERY long list of good burger places in the area.“

“The burgers are much better than any you will get at the fast food places. I used to be able to get a free shake for completing a survey, but on the last visit, I noticed there was no survey code. I guess they eliminated that. Bummer. They also made some changes pertaining to rewards. I currently have a $2.00 reward which I used to be able to apply to any purchase, now it can only be applied to a purchase of $5.00 or more. Also, they need to add another cash kiosk. Currently, there is only one.“

“I purchased dinner from Mr Hero in Seven Hills last night. I was impressed with the quality of the cooked to order Roman Burgers. I ordered one without cheese and it was made without cheese, and marked on the label. The store was clean, and the staff friendly and competent. At other fast food restaurants my cheese-less sandwich's usually have cheese and I have to bring them back, I have even been told why are you upset we didn't charge you for the cheese.
