My friend group have come here for dinner 3 times, and we’ve had consistent good experiences. One of us gets sushi, and has really liked all of the different rolls. One of us is vegetarian and all options have been delicious. Then one has gotten the beef and chicken skewers and loves the katsudon. We have enjoyed everything that we’ve tried and the staff is very friendly. We usually go in around 5PM when they open for dinner, and it usually isn’t busy. Great place! Staff are super attentive and friendly, and the food is really good. Definitely try the Otani Special if you love hibachi. Prices are reasonable.Vegetarian options: I saw vegetarian rolls, hibachi dishes and tofu on the menu

Stopped in for lunch —- what a wonderful experience provided by the owner and her staff. We had the edamame was fantastic. We also had sushi which was delicious. I will be making this a regular stop when visiting Hudson.
