“this bubble tea shop hasn't been open too long at all yet, but it is PHENOMENAL. i am an avid bubble tea drinker, and this tea is an entirely different league than the others ive had. this is REAL tea made with real and fresh ingredients, the baristas are always so welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere is so relaxing!! there are decorations setup and sticky notes to put a note on the wall, and they have the MOST DELICIOUS crepe cake i have ever had. i absolutely adore Utea.“

“While The Fruit Bowl is very delicious Be mindful that it is exactly that a delicious fruit bowl with no base. No Acai or other fruit base. I assumed it was a fruit based bowl with toppings of my choice it was only fruit. Delicious Though! And I am not sure why I received waffle bites instead of the crepe I ordered; but I do understand how the demand is these days for restaurant. I just want to share for others that the fruit bowls are fruit only. No base. Maybe unless you choose the bowl that actually says Acai bowl.“
“The service was very friendly! The two girls at the front were very nice and patient. I got the large and a lot of the fruit wasn’t sweet at all. Especially the mango! The area to eat is small but cute and there was also a bit of a funny smell like maybe cleaning products but it was off putting. “Little coffee shop tucked next to the entrance of the Statler with lots of copper decor. Inside there is a small counter with 3 barstools...and the counter to order from. Not your come chill with friends coffee shop. I am a black americano drinker...so judging just on the coffee...it is not quite as good as some other downtown shops, but not bad. Looks like they have lots of flavored options that people were ordering and liked. Baristas were very friendly.“

“Went here with my sister and a few friends. I'd never been to any of their locations before so i wasn't sure what to expect. There were two younger girls working at the front, serving each member of our party as we came. Once it came to my turn, i asked one of the girls if she knew what was in the smoothies because of my allergies. She listed every ingredient to me and explained that they use coconut cream instead of dairy milk because of specific allergies! After me, my sister went, who has MANY severe allergies. She asked about a good handful of the foods, the coconut, the peanut butter and granola etc. The same girl who made my bowl also made hers. She took my sister to the other side of the store and let her read the ingredients of the peanut butter containers. Once she approached the other side of the bowl building station, she told my sister she would go to the back of the store to get her coconut to avoid cross contamination. I didn't catch the name of either of these girls, however they both worked extremely efficiently, they gave us GREAT portion sizes. I've never been so impressed with younger people working at a food place. Many people do not care about the quality and safety of food being delivered to their customers. Great job! Will definitely be back extremely soon with my family.“
“I get food from here at minimum once a week, typically closer to twice. This is my favorite spot to grab food in Hingetown/Ohio City. You don’t have to be vegan to love their menu. I am never bored, and all of the staff I have interacted with are chill and friendly. Very excited to see what they do in the new space!My favorite menu items are the Blue Juice (recent obsession), the bravocado sandwich, and the Buffalo springpea salad. I love that most of the sandwiches can be a salad as well for the days I don’t want the bread. Best and most filling salads.“
“I called last minute with a request for a 20 person business meeting. Not only was the food ready on time but the owner made sure I didn't over order to spend more than I had to. The portions were very healthy (enough for everyone with some people to have food take home) and everyone loved it !!! They have enhancements as well, and I just worked out, so naturally I got the muscle builder enhancement which had creatinine and hemp protein to add into the smoothie. They have plenty of options. “Me and my girlfriend had a great time here on a Wednesday night. We got there around 10pm and stayed until 11:30pm. We had a pineapple head on our hookah and it hit really well. The staff were attentive and changed out the coals free of charge. We also had a White Claw and a Bud Light. It was served with a chocolate cake desert that was delicious! 5 stars and will be back!“

Only thing that bummed me out was not child friendly. My 18mo had nowhere to sit as the chairs are metal and light and he could tip over from being the wiggly boy he is. Thankfully I had my stroller with me and put him in there.“

When your food is made FRESH and TO ORDER, you cannot expect to get it in a hurry, although there are many grab-and-go options to choose from if you cannot wait. It's also FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE. You cannot play leap frog and jump the line when there are online and call-ahead orders that need to be filled. If you're pressed for time, go somewhere else. “I love Aladdins! And Sittoos. I was a long time Westsider and patronized Sittoos every Sunday. Now that I moved East, I patronize this Aladdins location often. I treated one of my friends to lunch as she had never tried Lebanese cuisine before this. She got the Cranberry Salad. It was beautiful and she said the chicken was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I had the Flavor Savor Platter. It came out room temperature, yet the chicken, hummus,rice and salata were delicious. The beef Kafta was well seasoned but over cooked. As always, the garlic and hot sauce were amazing. We started with the fried cauliflower. It was well seasoned, crispy and delicious. The pita was soft and yummy as always. The olive oil added that umph. Next time I'll ask for a sprinkle of zaatar. I also had a tropical smoothie and hot mint tea. The strawberry cake was so light and not too sweet. Our server was super busy as she was handling multiple tables, but friendly and efficient.My only gripe was that there was another server sorting silverware at the empty table next to us. She was throwing it across the table and making so much noise. We couldn't talk over her. Before we could say something, the hostess who greeted us came from the back and signaled her back to the kitchen. I appreciate that the staff were professional about handling it.I love that Aladdins is local, family owned, healthy and elegant to dine in.“
