“I know the girls in this place are always busy and the young lady with the glasses is always so nice! My order always includes a Turkey avacado wrap with a guava burner or something with fat burner and everything is always fabulous but today my wrap was a hybrid of the avacado turkey and caesars chicken wrap, how do i know this because 1 half had no avacado, 1 piece of tomato and it had caesars dressing instead of mayo. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but i hate caesars dressing and/or ranch. I am 2 hours away now and will have to eat elsewhere. Mistakes happen and i watched the young lady put it together but it didnt click as she was really quick. I come there often so not a biggie, i would only suggest maybe more consistency. Another time i was made a turkey avacado wrap and they added a spicy sauce as well as the mayo....that 1 worked out fine? and i wonder if i can add that spicy sauce through the app?! But overall this pulp is solid, clean and friendly?“

“What a great experience this is! Some background: I have never been to Cleveland, but i came to visit my BESTIE! She picks me up from the airport and the FIRST place we go is here! She told me we are going to a really cool coffee place. If she says it is...IT IS! And that was an understatement. The atmosphere calls for sitting here FOR HOURS (if i lived here, we would have!). They have books, games, art on the wall. AND THEY HAVE COFFEE!!! Normally, you might say coffee is coffee, but i now call it the Roasted Exception! As soon as we walked in, we were given STELLAR service by this wonderful red-headed (did not know her name) barista. She was friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgeable (and she laughed at my jokes too, which should give her a Nobel for kindness). My first stop in Cleveland was here, where we went to a back room, which had the most charming furniture. I was in such a state of elation being here and the coffee. Although i had the normal drip with cream; it was truly some of the smoothest that i have had. Did not need to re-make what they made for me. My BFF had the decaf oatmilk latte with chocolate, seemingly exceeding her expectations too. We had a great time here and enjoyed the tradition of "doing coffee". I recommend Roasted Lakewood wholeheartedly and would be here all the time if i lived here!! Oh, and bring a BFF like mine too just to enhance the experience!“

“I come here every year when I go to CL. It is absolutely fantastic. Every time the server is very friendly and kind. We order a make your own bowl and they have countless options to choose from with tags. The food is so so SO tasty and very filling. They have so many smoothies too and they are so good. Everything is a very reasonable and affordable price compared to other trash restaurants like Dunkin and Starbucks which take 6$ for one small drink made up of sugar and ice water. She said she was brand new and even though it showed she did the best she could and was great.We had a few questions about the food and for the most part she was able to answer them. There's a point we asked if she had real butter and she said let me ask and some lady very snarky said no we don't. While giving us a very dirty look over her shoulder. “Huge salads for the price. Staff are very courteous. Love the many different options to choose from. They also serve soup, wraps, and smoothies. I have had their soup which has always been good. I had a wrap once and it was a nice size and delicious. I haven't had a smoothie yet. This is our go to place for a nice dinner salad.“
