“I have been going here since they first opened 10 years ago. I order a few times a month at least while they are open. Yesterday at their grand opening for the year was the first time I ever had an issue and that was they forgot to give me napkins. That should tell you how high quality and close they pay attention to details. I tell everyone I know to go here and take family from out of town here whenever I can.Vegetarian options: They have them. “The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Service was very positive. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The location may be a bit off the beaten path, but that adds to the charm and is exactly what we were looking for.Rooms: Inn is in a converted 100+ year old stone school building which makes for a unique experience. Room was clean and comfortable. We used the stairs to reach our 3rd floor room which had a view of the lake.Food & drinks: Wine bar onsite is a nice feature“

“Great place to gather with friends. Atmosphere is cosmopolitan yet warm and friendly. Busy with good live music yet calm enough to carry on quite serious conversations. I hosted 12 men who are not all easy to please. (Some might be called grumpy!) They were pleased that evening!“

Walking distance to the Marblehead lighthouse to local establishments for breakfast or for a few cocktails and fun that there is a winery and coffee shop right downstairs! “I actually love the place. Unfortunately on our last visit we ordered prime rib which was without a doubt the worst I have ever had. I would think they'd be embarrassed to serve it and to charge $25 was robbery at its finest. Very disappointing from a place I typically enjoy.“
