So this place is going to take a long time even with no order or cars in front of you if you go thru the drive thru probably true if you go inside also looking at a 30 min wait for normal items 45 mins for pot pies or a special item there very very slow they also mess up orders I've been there a lot and Everytime they mess my order up.
I give 3 stars due to the lack of good service. The quality of food I received at this visit was poor. I ordered the $20 6pc ckn and add 2 thighs to the order, they claimed the didn't have the 2 extra but would in 16 mins if I wanted to wait, I did wait. I also expressed that all my ckn should be freshly dropped as well, they said they would at that was a lie. Freshly dropped ckn should still be crunchy when you get home, because you lived 5 mins away. Yes, there is condensation...read full review

This store has changed from 3 years ago extremely I guess when they got remodel they changed management because now every time I go to this this location yes, it is always quite busy but I get my food and go I have no complaints
