“My server Izzy was new. I would not have known if she had not told me. I noticed that the staff has changed. I also asked to speak to the manager to let him know how awesome Izzy was. People can always make a negative comment, I just want to make a positive comment.???“

“We came here on a Friday night around 6pm and sat at the bar to watch baseball and have a few drinks. Our bartender, I think her name was Brittany, was awesome. She was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. After a while, the place started getting very busy, but not annoyingly so. It's a popular place! The atmosphere was chill and fun. After a while we decided to order food. The menu is extensive; there are salads, appetizers, wings, subs, burgers, etc. We ordered the Buffalo stacked fries and the Sicilian burger sub- both were incredible. This is "typical sports bar food", but elevated! I was seriously impressed. Portions are big and everything is reasonably priced. I would definitely go back!“

“My friends and I have been on a year-long smash burger tour of Northern Ohio, and doinks burger joint is hands down my personal favorite. The og is my go-to, but I'm more of a traditional burger guy. I've tried all of them, and they are all fantastic, but nothing to me beats the og with a side of pickle salad. Even though it's almost an hour from my house, I stop in at least twice a month.“

“As always, a wonderful experience. Manon was a top-rate server. Hubs had the lobster/shrimp soup and raved about it. He also loved his pork chops; thick and perfectly cooked. The tomato bisque soup comes with grilled cheese croutons; very imaginative and delicious! We saw lots of people leaving with pizzas; will have to try one the next time we're here. Love the Cupcake of the Day.We have come here during standard dinner hours and have not been able to find a parking spot. That's the price we pay for enjoying a very popular restaurant. We have learned to come during other times.“

“Nice place with good atmosphere. We've eaten there multiple times and we once had a small event there. They were kind enough to reserve an area for our event. The food is good and the service is good. I just wish they they still included their house pickles with every meal, but they will still include some if you ask.“

“So... THIS is where I'll be getting my oxtails when I'm too lazy to make them! They were excellent. I got the oxtail dinner, a beef patty, and a side of plantains. The portions were impressive, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The beef patty was basically the same beef patty you'd get everywhere else, but that's okay because they're always good. But, back to the oxtails... soooooo tender and meaty with the perfect amount of gravy! I was happy enough to have a great, well-made meal, but the spinners knocked me off my feet! I've had Jamaican oxtails from here to California, but no one's ever added spinners to my meal! If you don't know, they're yummy, dense, cylindrical dumplings. They made me SO happy! She's putting out quality food with such love and care. These are the types of chefs and restaurants that we need to support.“

“Recently moved to this side of town and it was late and wanted some food. Ordered a Philly and 10 wings. Wings were excellent perfect cook time. I brought it home and didn’t eat the Philly right away when I did the bread wasn’t soggy at all meat was seasoned, had no complaints. Will definitely be getting food from here again.“

“Ordered the “big guy”. They are known for 4th best burger in town. Well…. I’m thinking how, the 1/3 patty was not seasoned, special sauce was not as tangy and left the burger pretty plain.Thumbs up on the fresh cut fries, add malt vinegar and they pop with flavor. Would recommend as they are a dive in bar and have a great selection of spirits.“

“My twin planned our 50th birthday gathering here. Everything about it was above 5 ⭐️ The food was consumed so quickly because it was soooo good!! ? Promise whenever I’m in Cleveland I need to stop and eat. The music, the bar ladies/ servers are the absolute BEST. You can enjoy the DJ and still have a conversation with friends or your date!!! Real good grown vibes! We stayed after to watch the game because the Vibe was everything and the tvs were easy to see everywhere!!!“

“I called to place an order, and you have to pay then. I was given an estimated time for pickup. It was a few minutes later, which was fine considering they'd the game on. The food was hot and fresh. The fish was the best I've had in Cleveland for awhile.Parking: They have a parking lot and are located on the corner with a lot of street parking available.“

There are plenty of screens, so no matter the seat you choose, you'll have a nice view.The food was fresh, cooked to order, and well prepared.The Buffalo Quesadilla was delicious. It was one of the best and most well priced that I've had in a long time.The bone-in wings with the Caribbean Garlic dry rub was fantastic. I'm usually not a huge fan of a dry rub, but on the strength of this rub alone, I'll be back a lot sooner than anticipated. Great job!“

“Wow. The French Onion soup was delicious. I also had the Tavern Burger which was fabulous. My husband had the beef melt sandwich and said it was delicious. My side of Mac and cheese was also delicious. There was an upcharge for this side but it was worth it. We'll be back.“

“Bar 23 is a nice place with friendly people. The owner had recently a lot of work into it with a full kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is not ready yet, and I can't wait until it is. I'm sure the menu will be good, and prepared well.“

“There is a group of 12 of us that Cracker barrel couldn't accommodate. Someone suggested Manhattan Deli so we called and they said they could accommodate us immediately! The service was excellent as well as the food. We've decided we'll meet there from now on“

“All around great place. Every staff member is so friendly and welcoming. Brittney has an amazing talent. My daughter's and I attended a murder mystery dinner she orchestrated. We had so much fun. The plot was very intriguing. Each character was carefully well created. Because of the all details it's obvious she put a lot of herself into this. A true passion. “I love this place. I love this place so much. The food is homemade, and tastes every bit like you had grandma at home making it for you while Columbo plays in the living room. The drinks are good. “Hosted my sister's 50th and everything was perfect! We had wings, tator skins, peppers and onions and nachos. The food was good! The party room held well over 50 people no problem and having a separate bar in it was perfect. The 2 bartenders were sweet and patient. The bar also had a dj on the outdoor patio, that was the icing on the cake! So so fun!“

“We went to The Haunted House Restaurant and found this place right around the corner. The bartender Melissa was amazing and super friendly. She made us feel welcome and was an absolute blast. Good place to stop in and have a drink at a local place.“

“First things first, the environment here is amazing. The owner is super kind, and down to earth. This is definitely a place worth stopping by. Especially out in Bedford, are used to work for a car dealership out there, and more often than not, you get very familiar with the local cuisine. “It was a nice atmosphere. DJ on Friday Night did a great job with music selection- a variety of all genres! The wings and fries weren't that great- they smelled like old fish oil and the worker that took my order wasn't the friendliest!“

“I ordered a $12 corn beef I asked for the bread to be toasted. She tried to charge me more because she said that's a ruben just for you to toast the bread OK. I went inside I ordered a fry it was a handful of fries for $3. Tell me why I get to my car to eat my sandwich and my sandwich is cold. The cheese was not melted and the meat was room temp.And they were rude. I am never going back.“

“We have only been to this place 2x - we are from out of town but come to Mentor area yearly! I don't know HOW this only has a 3 star review! Both times the food was top level - memorable to come back the second time after a year! Best juicy burgers! Crispy waffle fries! I tried to use an app for pick up - we parked waited 25 min - I went in cuz I wasn't sure - I'm not a regular on the app I used- My card got charged and found out it was cancelled when I went to pick up - Had not really a reason why. Anyway Casey ( waitress) and Brian (manager) took care of us. We sent people there yesterday ( there was a big assembly Sat/Sun in Willoughby) they loved it too! We definitely will be back and will be talking about Happy Moose should come to Erie, PA“

“I’ve been here a couple times so far. I mainly come for karaoke, which are on Sundays & Wednesday. The atmosphere is very friendly, it’s never too crowded. Everyone is very very nice! The prices are good, they do not serve food at the moment but I do hope they would start soon. If you ever need a secret hangout spot, this is the place to be.“
