“My daughter and her friend picked up a coffee gelato for me. It was Divine. Smooth and creamy without any artificial taste. I will be going back again and sometime the stack was wonderful so friendly that you felt like you were having dessert with your family.“

“My friend and I had heard good things about Six Shooter coffee so we made a trip out to the Waterloo arts district to try it out. The space was clean and the baristas were friendly and helpful. The coffee is roasted in house, and there is a good variety of drinks, from tea to hot chocolate, especially coffee drinks. There is even a rotating seasonal menu. Pastries, bagels, and other breakfast items are also available. The shop was busy on a weekday mid-morning, but everyone was taken care of quickly! I ordered an iced horchata latte and my friend got a nitro, we also ordered two bagels. The bagels were so good, we ate them before we left the store! There was seating inside but we decided to take our coffees to go and walk around the neighborhood and admire the art. The coffees were so amazing that we stopped to get more for the drive home! Very cool place in a very cool location!“

“Top notch all around. Friendliest staff, all their food is incredible, and their drinks are the best in the area by far. We live 15 mins away and I’m both sad and relieved we’re not closer because we would be there every day. Currently drinking a Dunkin frappe and it’s so bad it inspired me to review Couchland which isn’t even open today. I hope they never close for longer than a holiday stretch.“

Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. “I’ve only been there once and it was a long time ago and really enjoyed everything about our visit. Went up there this morning March 30, 2024 and couldn’t find it. Attempted to call but no answer. Hope they’re still open, but definitely exterior signage needs to be improved. We must’ve circled area for five minutes with no luck.“

“Friendly, peaceful and the drinks are great. I stayed here and studied for about 4 hours and I can now say this is my favorite coffee shop. :) the staff was nice and the environment is clean. Although the place got busy at times it was never loud! I got the hot chocolate and banana blueberry muffin. I have to say the muffin was a bit hard but I still managed to eat most of it. “I go to this location instead of the one 5 minutes from my house because 1. Their coffee is ALWAYS good (and consistent), 2. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly, and 3. They ALWAYS get me in and out! I always get a hot, medium coffee with cream and sugar and one extra cream. That's how I request it and it's always good! I call the meals nutritional rice bowls with veggies and protein. Add special sauces and bone broth. Delicious! The venue is located on Public Square outside Tower City. The inside seating is high-top tables, a counter and a few low tables. You choose your ingredients, or choose from the menu a bol already mixed. Names of items include broths as Nature's Medicine, Porky Picante, Wakin' Bacon, Chime Chicken, Rebel Steak, Po-Kay Tuna, Power Plant. Grab and go, or eat on the patio. This is a neat venue that needs to be checked out. On a Monday at lunchtime Rebol was busy. Yelpers, when checking in, get a free pour-over coffee. Warm and yummy.“

“Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“

He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back! “Our family stopped in for lunch. There are lots of soup, salad, and sandwich options! With two young ones, they loved pepperoni and cheese pizza! My daughter, who has celiac, loved having gluten-free wrap options. She went with chicken pesto and chips. I got the Steph's salad, which was amazing with strawberries and nuts. My husband got the Asian salad. It was all very fresh!There are two entrances, one outside and one from the mall. The staff was super friendly and the place was well maintained. There are mall restrooms right outside the doors.From a blind perspective, I was able to move easily between tables. The windows provide lots of natural light. “This was a small mall type restaurant (I was expecting an eat in restaurant). The woman behind the counter was friendly and had our food made to order in about 15 minutes. We had perch po-boy and perch dinner and also a catfish po'boy. The fish was deliciously crunchy and flavorful - my mouth wanted more even when oli was full. Fries were really tasty and had some seasoning that icouldn't describe but was phenomenal with the bbq sauce drizzled on top. The coleslaw on topwas great too. The place is small and the menu is limited and there aren't many seats in this tiny mall that that it was located in but it was the best fish sandwich I've had in at least a decade.“

“I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“

“I literally love it here I visit often, to the point where when my cousin and I come in Olivia already knows what we want. Olivia and the owner are the only two people I have ran across working in there and I have been coming for about 2 years. the owner isn’t quite the people person and I can say he does lack common and decent communication skills and customer service skill making him come off as snarky and rude. However, Olivia is such a doll and is the reason I come back. She always asks how I have been and tells us to come back in soon when she doesn’t see us in a long time. She is amazing at working and still holding conversation, she brings a warm and welcoming feel. She makes sure my friends and I receive our points for being loyal customers and she’s just very personable…if you haven’t been before she will give you recommendations.. she’s very patient when you aren’t sure what you want and never has a problem explaining the menu. The only thing I would like to see is permanent and consistent business hours and if not that a working phone just so people can call to inquire before coming up.“

“I go to this very super-awesome, super-fantastic place and drive-thru every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) morning. Sometimes I get the big breakfast. Other days, I get the super cool Sausage Egg McMuffin. And today, I got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Along with the hash brown. Staff was reasonable and professional with our food this morning. Breakfast food was delivered to our car quicker. Drinks were delivered quicker, too. Drive-thru at breakfast time and lunch time is always quick. Always the best customer service 24 hours, day in and day out, always the same.“
