I had been craving Sushi and stopped into Project Sushi while I was out n about in Medina, Ohio. They have quite a selection. You go in and order at the counter. The drinks are bottles/cans. Super friendly service. My food came out quickly. I had the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. Everything was delicious and fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their specialty rolls.
I have to say that this restaurant has an amazing staff. I am not sure if it's the owner that helped us, but we literally walked in 10 minutes before it was closing any welcomed us with open arms, and very good suggestions. I follow gluten-free due to an allergy and he was so helpful as he knows what that means the prices are amazing and the food is very good. I say give it a try.

I frequent Project Sushi quite often and am always blown away by the quality of service & friendliness that the staff provides, along with the quality of meals. Easily the best sushi & poke bowls nearby. Highly
