“Kailey was a breath of fresh air in the after math of 1 of the worst two (2) week periods my significant other have every had. With that, we decided & prayed to have a good evening wherever we go. God led us to Smokey Bones & it’s clear the reason was because we needed her + her energy! She accepted us with open arms, a warm personal, and a sense of connection to us that we never experienced with a server as a couple. All the stresses & worriers of the world went away during our time with Kailey! Thank God for her & the fact that your organization hired her. “4.5 stars overall. Pigfoot BBQ & Rib Company travels throughout the United States and Canada to compete in rib festivals. At the Pittsburgh Rib Fest, my husband and I purchased a sample of three ribs from Pigfoot. The employees served us promptly and politely. My husband and I thought that the ribs tasted better than most of the other vendors' ribs. We would have preferred that the meat be more tender, but the ribs were a large size and contained lots of meat.According to Pigfoot's website, they sell additional foods such as pulled pork, BBQ chicken, beef brisket, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and bottles of sauces.“
“Rated 4 stars because we had called for a large party reservation and then were told in arrival they did not take reservations which was delivered with attitude and rudeness from the gentleman at the host stand. Never had this problem before but he was sooo rude. If you have a large party go somewhere else.“
“Immediately greeted by our wonderful server, who offered our choice of table or booth. We started with the bacon wrapped brisket, which was very good. Their sauce is awesome. We had soft drinks that never went before half before being refilled, and she kept coming back to check on us. Portions were large. We had the 3 choice combos and HUGE account of fries. The cornbread was more like a leaf and tasted great. Good BBQ, nice atmosphere, and great service. WE'LL BE BACK!“
“I stopped here on my way to a destination in chardon. I sat down and was greeted within seconds! The atmosphere was amazing! Service was awesome for both drinks and food. Plenty of parking and the food was so delicious! I recommend it to anyone. BBQ and Bar food. Whole meals with restaurant seating.“
“Food was good. Friendly server.Just visited again on 4/14/24. Overall, pretty good except that I ordered the chili as my side and asked for the onions and chesse to be added (they used to ask about that). Got the chili, no onions, no cheese. Mentioned it to the server and she said she'd be back with them, but never showed. Had the same issue on a previous visit. Otherwise, it was fine.“

“For the price its hard to beat. The polish boy was very good, the ribs were a bit overcooked, and wings were decent but for all 3 the sauce was fantastic. All these complaints by people showing up just before closing time should be disregarded. I went during regular business hours and the service was fast and friendly.“
