“Had the cranjam burger, without the bun. WOW! So good! The cheese, Smokey bacon and sweet cranberry sauce were the perfect combo! The beef was very high quality and a much bigger burger than The Rail! Please keep this on the menu! I hope it’s not a seasonal item. Yum! 😋

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.”

I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants in several states, but this far surpasses the pretensious waiting for a month for a table, overpriced, normal fair... The chef is an artist with his craft and the hostess is welcoming and wonderful. Make a reservation, enjoy, and let it become your new hidden secret in Cleveland. The simple perfection of sushi and sashimi finally done as it should be.”

“On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended”

“Great food, great service and great knowledge and communication from the server to the kitchen staff about which options are gluten free. Many places make you feel like a burden when questioning the menu due to your dietary needs. Everyone there made me feel they were happy to answer questions and address the issue. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.”

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.”

“Great place to have a party!! We had a large group for a surprise party, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Brooke handled our large group like a champ! I can’t say enough good things about her. Our party of about 50 people could not get over how amazing she was. No one went without a beverage and the food orders were on point.

“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!”

“Had a large group approx. 33 people in our party. It seemed like mostly one waitress was handling everything!!! Someone talked to the manager because service was sooo slow and it was NOT the waitresses fault!!! She was doing very well for one person. Manager tried to say that there were three people helping and two were in the back. She also only jumped in once to assist and she could have helped more! Everyone understands places are short staffed, but when you know a large group is coming in because they reserved seats in advance, shouldn’t you be more prepared??? Everyone felt sorry for the waitress and tipped her well, but this lunch could have been more organized! Food was good! Atmosphere was clean and nice. Management may have been the issue? No other complaints!!!”

“Very calm atmosphere while we were there. There weren't many people there on a Monday around 9:30. Our waiter was excellent, very nice and attentive. The honey glaze boneless wings were awesome.”

As usual I get the tuna sub and I eat half there and half the next day and it wasn't soggy overall, this is a great restaurant and to me it is a little pricey but I get two meals out of it ! “We had an excellent experience at this Penn Station Subs location! We ended up here because we were looking for a place to eat during the power outage on 8/7/24. Many places we stopped had long lines out the door waiting to be served, but we saw this location didn't seem as busy, so we stopped by. It was quite busy inside, but the female manager came out and took our order and she was very friendly and helpful. We had our food within 10 minutes, and everything was hot and delicious. Thank you for the great service!”
