“Holy cow what a place!!!! The burger was soooo good, the fries were incredible, that queso they give you is so good, just incredible tasting!! The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! That was a little too much for me, but I spent it anyway cause it looked very good, and it was very good. Probably wouldn't combo it again cause it was way too expensive to combo it, but if you want to spend the big bucks you can do that.”

“We came in on a Thursday night as a large family, as we were all in town for a family event… there were about 20 of us. Their seating rules weren’t very clear as we talked to a few different people and seemed to get a slightly different story each time. It wasn’t a very big deal though, we hung out in the bar area for about an hour and then got a couple of tables hear each other where we all sat.

The menu is really nice, loaded with so many appetizing things! I wanted to start with a side salad and ordered that, but unfortunately it never came. I did get their spicy French dip, which was a special and it was decent. The onion rings were amazing, so were their baked beans. Service was decent for a group our size.

“Hands down our favorite place while visiting this area . My husband said it was so good he’d drive the 6 hours just to eat here again. I asked for something prepared a little differently due to an illness and the chef came out to chat with us to make sure! The way he prepared it was perfect! Everyone loved the meals and left overs!”

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.”

“We had a great experience this weekend at Teamz. We brought in a very large group 20+ for a team lunch. The staff was super accommodating. Our waitress Wendy was amazing and really handled such a large group like a rockstar. Our food came out quick for having so many people. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. We’ll definitely be back in the future!”

Many places make you feel like a burden when questioning the menu due to your dietary needs. Everyone there made me feel they were happy to answer questions and address the issue. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.”

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.”

“On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended”

“The coffee was phenomenal. There were almost 40 cars in line and I didn’t care. I’m an out of towner staying at the Hampton next door. I had a coffee on the way into town. It was the best I’ve had traveling in a long time. So I used it as a motivator to hit the road on roll our day. Did not disappoint. Line moves super fast. The staff are kind, younger folk.”

“Had a girl's breakfast out with my sisters in law. Had a great server, whose name I didn't catch. He was personable and attentive, yet have us our space. I ordered a Frittata Rustica, and a Morning Meditation drink. Also split a Blueberry Lemon Cornbread. Frittata was tasty, with plenty of the fillings, toast was good. Was not really impressed with the greens, seemed like someone grabbed a handful of spring mix from a store box and squeezed a tiny bit of lemon juice on it, I was expecting it to be more of a salad type dressing. Definitely could use a bit more flavoring. The morning meditation was right up my alley, I would have been happy to just sip on that. If you like juicing, and are not averse to beet juice, definitely try it! Tasted good and refreshing. Definitely would get it again. The cornbread was amazing, I love cornbread and this one I could have eaten all by myself! Overall it was a good first visit, would not mind hoping again. Thank you for great service.”

“We had gift cards, so we stopped in for dinner on our way home from the I-X Center. I had the soup, salad, and breadsticks, which was perfect. The Minestrone soup was really good, and even though my husband had soup instead of salad with his entree, our waiter still brought us the large salad bowl. I would definitely have that as my meal again. My husband raved about his Tour of Italy entree”

“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!”

“Came to get a quick bite. Server was attentive and fast. Got our drink orders and then our food order shortly after. Food came out not long after we ordered. Everything tasted pretty ok. Server refilled our drinks before we were half done with the first one. Checked up on 2-3 times later throughout the meal with one personal greetings from the manager. Overall good service and food from an Applebee.”
