“This was my first time here, or at any of the locations of the chain. The service was good and friendly. I like the menu options. Good comfort food options. Was happy with my open faced pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy. Woot woot!“

“Great food, great service. We had the pretzels, burger, and club panini, as well as a few cocktails. Everything was absolutely delicious. My husband said the burger was top 5 he's ever had. Only gripe I have is we walked in and no one said anything about seating ourselves or having to order at the bar even though the bartender looked at us multiple times as we were figuring it out - I had to go through other reviews to learn that.Would definitely make the drive from CLE just for the waffle burger. Will be back in the summer with our pup for the patio!“

“I read one comment that said Jimmy's girls and guys don't know what it's like to walk a hard mile, you are very mistaken apparently you've never been in restaurant business because it is hard work. I worked in a restaurant when I first started out working. And I'm 65 years old now and restaurant. So don't be quick to judge. I love Jimmy's they've always done and give me what I've asked for. Did you ever think that maybe the girls answered your phone quite a few times and maybe they're hurrying and running behind is why she seem kind of grouchy. You need to go into a restaurant and do the work and you'd see where I'm coming from.“

“Just enjoyed a big breakfast at Heartland Hill Restaurant. The waitress was friendly and fast! I enjoyed the special of the day, which was a meat lover's omelette. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. This place is a diner, no frills but definitely looked clean. If you're in the area I'd suggest this place for breakfast.“

“Pizza was good. It was different than the other crossroads in that they put the pepperoni on top the the cheese which is better in my opinion. We recently got party trays for a party and we pre ordered the delivery was right on with the scheduled time so 5 stars we were pleased with this locations performance and service“
